I had to spend two days here (the second day for over 5 hours with my 1 year old) the entire time the sales guy was working with at least three people, being spread thin. I told him i had a budget and what it was, around 300/ month. He said it'll be somewhere around there. He had no idea the price. He had me take pictures of 5 cars i wanted them put me in something totally different. At the time i was desperate and needed to stay in my budget so i settled with a 2009 Dodge Journey. I found out the price of the car when signing the contract at the end of two very long days, it's 380, way above what i told him. I purchased the car in April 2019, by June 2019 (outside of the 30 day trade window) my car started overheating. I took it to three mechanics and spent $400 but with no fix. I finally took it to Edwards Transmissions Engines. That cost me 1200 (had to take a loan) and they tried everything they could think of and couldn't fix it (timing belt, radiator cap, water pump, hoses, thermostat, etc) they finally called a dealership who told them i needed a new motor because journeys before 2011 have this issue with something in the motor cloggs up ‍. A new motor is 5800. I called the warranty at the dealership and there is nothing he can do... now I'm scattering for a new car all while still tryna get around the city to work while i still have my job. Received a call tonight a from SCS. The person told me we had a late payment, which was incorrect. When I asked her to look at my payment history, she verified that I was correct but still insisted that I had a late payment. When I asked her to explain it, she said she couldn't. She also couldn't email me my payment history or answer any question I posed to her based on info she had given me. Steer clear of this place!! They are scam artists who try to the advantage of ppl and hope that their customers are unintelligent so they can screw them! LESS than one star! read more

Instant Auto is a piece of crap. I purchased a 2010 Impala in 01/2018, by 06/2018 the transmission had went out and I was out of the warranty timeframe, yet pressured them to help me to cover half the cost of the $2600 repair. The car has had so many issues since having it and basically it is nothing they can do. Even having the car 1.5 years and actively making payments, never missed a payment as well as paying the payment early they were not willing to trade me in. Here it is 07/2019 the brand new transmission has went out again and I took it upon myself to call the finance company and inform them that they could now pick the car up that I would no longer be making payments or paying for repairs. got my car in feb of 2017! thought everything was going great . about two days later i noticed my cd player didnt work no biggie since i used an aux cord.......i told them about it they said they would fix it . i didnt have the time to drop it off at the moment so i called the next week and they said they couldnt fix it wtf......then 3 months later my check engine light comes on . im like omg it should not be on at all. i call them and even tho i have a warranty their saying i have to pay 100 dollars just for them to look at it !!!!! wtf ......now as of today my battery light is on and im about to call to see what they will do for me . probably nothing . customer service is trash . i would not suggest this place at all ! read more

worst company ever! got the car 10/2/18. had to sit from 1045a to 520p just to do damn ppw and drive off with the car. i told the salesguy when i test drove the car that the brakes were rubbing. he said he would have them fixed. low and behold the day i get the car, soon as i drive off the lot, i hear the brakes. got the car on tuesday, woke up wednesday and the right headlight is out. not only that one of the 12v plugs doesn't work. i call back and he tells me bring the car back. i get there thursday at 5 and the service lot is closed. salesguy says oh well i didn't think you would some so late. i said well you didn't communicate to me i had to be here at a certain time. i go back the next day at 430. service guy is gone for the day. whats the purpose of coming a little earlier if he is gone! so i try again monday. get there and now told i have to make an appointment! i said this is some bullsh*t and i'm bout ready to get jiggy with ya'll cuz i feel like i'm getting the run around. so the salesguy says "well if it's something like a headlight out that's easy. just buy one and have it installed". i looked at him like the fool he was and said "i'm not buying sh*t! i got the car on a tuesday and wednsday the headlight is out? ya'll will fix it." then i drive the car this last saturday, and what happens? the transmission skips! and it skipped again yesterday afternoon and this morning! i'm about to get my mother's lawyer involved. i told them i understand this is a used car and i'm fine with that. however, i refuse to buy a car just to turn and put money in it and make major fixes! nope nada uh huh. read more
