Mitchel, our salesperson, was friendly, professional and knowledgable. He spent the morning with us showing us options, test driving and training us on all the new fangled safety gadgets. I settled in on a Forester, but they didn't have my color so Mitchell encouraged me to order one with the bells and whistles that I wanted. He promised the car by September, and true to his word, the Forester arrived. The car was beautiful. The final sales details were easy. Jennifer handled the paper work. She was organized and knowledgable. We did purchase additional service. I love the car. It is exactly what I wanted and rides like a dream. I'll let you know later how the service department is. This is absolutely the best Subaru dealership I've ever been to!! Where to start? The staff from top to bottom are such excellent people to deal with. Sales, service, finance it doesn't matter, they're fantastic! I won't name names of other Subi dealerships but please believe that Falcone has your back. My salesman if he's still there is Alex Moffat, he's been my guy for years now. Now back to that other dealership, albeit anecdotal, had me waiting for a routine oil change for 3 hours!!! And they spilled oil all over the engine bay!! How incompetent for such a "regal" location, what a joke. I will never make that mistake again and drive the extra few minutes to Falcone where I get treated like family. No dealership fees, no documentation fees and a no rush sales experience. I've now brought my Forester here for scheduled service three times since purchasing it (6, 12 and 18 months) and am really impressed with the experience. Scheduling appointments online is super easy and they send a confirmation email right away. The 6 month service was in pre-Covid times, and so I was still working from my physical downtown office. The shuttle was so fast and convenient for both morning drop off and evening pick up. They schedule your pick up time in the morning too, so you don't have to call later to do that. For the 12 and 18 month service appointments, I opted to wait since I was still working from home. The waiting areas are clean and comfortable and the free wifi is plenty fast to get work done. They have an area with comfy chairs, tv, coffee and snacks, and then another quieter area with desk space if you really need to get work done. There is also a play area for kids. The lounge and restrooms seemed very clean, occupancy limits were clearly marked in each area, everyone was wearing masks and there was hand sanitizer readily available. Service is fast, and no nonsense. They do what is recommended for each service interval without upselling attempts. They also wash your car with each service which is a really nice touch, and everyone is always friendly and pleasant read more

Everyone hates car dealerships it seems. Love-hate relationship perhaps? I've dealt with Falcone for years now and they typically do good work and are very attentive and helpful. The service department for VW is very competent and they know their stuff. I almost always bring them the OEM part (with a part number you can always find it cheaper online) and they are more than happy to install it without question, which is nice. The waiting area is nice and has drinks, desk workspace, and free wi-fi. Not too sure how often they have Long's doughnuts but I see some people posting about that in their reviews. Covid note: On my last service visit, I did notice that there are several signs saying that there are "UV VIRUS KILLERS" at work in the showroom/waiting area. They have several mounted at the ceiling throughout the dealership. I felt it gave some the guise that they did not need to wear masks while inside. Most employees were wearing masks esp. when in close contact with me. I'm not 100% sure how effective the UV lights are, but it seemed like a "feel good" measure if anything. Most sales staff esp those in cubicles were not wearing masks. I'm sure if they were interacting closely with customers I would hope they would put a mask on. Just my observation. read more

Good prices on new cars, and clearly they compete on price to get the back end service work. But that's where the value stops. 36K on my GTI and I begin to inquire on pricing for spark plug change and DSG PM service. I call the service desk and they can't tell me the price for either service alone. All they could tell me was it's nearly $1K for complete 40K interval service. Basically includes oil change, spark plugs, DSG, and brake line flush. He couldn't describe other components of the interval service other than "and a bunch of other stuff". I asked the Falcone service desk rep to quote on just the DSG and spark plug services. He acted like I was the first person ever to ask for these items by themselves and explained he needed to go price out parts and labor and call me back. LOL. They must do 30 of these a day but he doesn't know the cost. So, I will say he did call me back within 15 minutes after I made such an "unusual" request, and he quoted me $765 for the DSG and spark plugs but he was unable to tell me how much for each alone claiming that's not what I asked. Seriously dude? Other local dealers charge about $365 for the DSG service so I have to assume they want about $400 for the spark plug service. Look, stop playing hide the ball and just tell us your prices for the services so we can make a decision. This lack of transparency and having to call me back to quote the cost of routine services like DSG and plugs is pretty offensive. I did the plugs myself in 20 minutes for $65 (using OE parts) and will take it to another dealer who advertises their DSG price right on their website. You've lost my trust and business. read more

This was a larger service w spark plug changes and all that. It took 3 hours to have done. I did have my iPad so I had a couple shows to catch up on. I have to say whatever they had on tv there was very odd and slightly annoying. It was all over the place between videos of birds chirping and chef Ramsey cooking. Other than that they used to have snacks there. There were not any. There was a small amount of coffee but I did not know how long it had been there. We walked out on a deal with them after the final straw of them trying to slip an extended warranty into our purchase without our consent and then lying about it and basically telling us we wasted their time. Falcone completed excellent body work with a showroom new paint job. Another car ran into the front end of my car at high speeds and caused damage to my Ford Edge. My car sustained left front fender damage, the front bumper guard fell off, and there was driver side mirror and driver door damage. The other car sustained more damage including a broken axle. The people there are amazing. Almost everyone there is honest, accommodating, and generous. The people that are just trying to be helpful toward the customers and make sure everything is done well with your vehicle . The reason for the 4 stars is because of the masks. I understand some people just go from their office to the shop then back into their office but still it'd be nice if everyone was considerate to wear a mask. Just to be safe inside a closed building. Every time I walk in, I see the Randy orton lookalike employee walking through the halls, looking like he's ready to RKO me for wearing a mask. It's not a political thing, but a health care issue. And it's a little unwelcoming when you see a WWE Star ready to demand a match with you at Wrestlemania, all because you agree with the mask mandate. I bought a Subaru about 6 years ago as my first big college grad purchase. I quickly decided I needed to give it the best care possible so I searched around for a Subaru dealership to take care of regular maintenance. I purchased it 60+ miles away so I wasn't able to use that dealer. I've been bringing my car here since it's first oil change. The service is great and the employees are always very friendly. I schedule my appointments online and they always wash it afterwards at no additional cost. I have had oil changes and recall service so far but I'm going to be scheduling my 90,000 mile service in the next few weeks so I look forward to the detailed service and inspection report that comes out of that! Pre-covid they offered some coffee and other complimentary drinks as well as Long's donuts if your appointment is early enough in the morning. There are also little rooms if you choose to stay for your service and need a quiet place to work or entertain a kiddo. Great dealership! read more

Brought car in because the windows would not go up/down, and previously repaired remote start fob would not work. Discovered that I had accidently hit the window lock button (didn't know such a thing existed). Also, discovered that the battery that I had purchased from Battery + when the fob didn't work was missing. Apparently, it was taken out but a new one not inserted by Battery +. Saburu Service were very kind in showing/explaining the window lock button and put a new battery in the fob. Was in and out in less than an hour. Falcone, you are the BEST!!! read more

We stopped in because we needed help and the service department, specifically jack I believe (he would not give me his name but walked into the office with Jack on it) could not have been more rude and unhelpful. Maybe he was angry because he was working on a Saturday, but we could not have been more smily, thankful for them looking at the car, and jokeful and he never cracked a smile or gave us any advice. Bought a used car from this place and one week later the check engine light turns on. Called the dealership, left a voicemail did not call back until after 6 and was not able to return call because dealer was closed after 6. Called again Saturday morning and sent another voicemail, nobody called back till Monday morning and the lady said to bring the car in Wednesday morning and when I showed up on Wednesday then service consultant was very rude, acted like I didn't have an appointment, told me to sit in the waiting room while he tried to figure it out, waited 30 minutes in the waiting room, and then I had to go and ask the guy what was going on. He said they took the car back to check it and told me the Catalytic converter was on recall and to take it back to the Kia dealer took the car to the Kia dealer and the dealer said there was no recall on the Catalytic converter and then called speedway Subaru again and was sent to voicemail, by 4:30 no body called back so I went to the dealer. At the dealer I talked to the same rude service consultant he said all he knew about was Subaru and then walked away. Finally another person came out the office,I told him what was going on, he got the used car manager who basically told me the 3,000 mile warranty did not cover the part and there was nothing he could do and he walked away and I never saw him again. I asked another person to get the manager and the manager said his hands were tied because they were under new ownership but he would talk to the owner. He called me back the next day and said to take it to a shop they use and they would only charge me what they charged speedway Subaru. Went to the shop and the guy told me there is no special price, so if you like to be deceived and enjoy poor customer service please go to speedway Subaru. read more

I found a car I was interested in on their website. I called & made an appointment to test drive it. After driving 65 miles I get there and the gas tank is empty. So the salesman called a tech to go put gas in it. After about 20 minutes he comes back and I take it out. When I came back I told him about an open recall on it & he didn't even know about it! He went and "talked to someone" & said he could not sell me the car until it was fixed & he didn't know when that would be. He could take a deposit & when the recall was addressed he would call me. He came down a whopping $500 from list price. Needless to say I walked out and would NEVER do business with this place again. The used car sales department SUCKED. read more

My husband and I came in to look at two 2017 Subaru Outbacks that we had seen on Falcone's website. It was helpful that we were able to make an appointment so that Nick (our salesperson) was able to have them ready to go for us to look at and take on a test drive. We really appreciated how honest and low-pressure the entire sales experience was at Falcone. At other dealerships in town we had to deal with pushy salespeople and underhanded tactics (like trying to sneak in additional fees and upcharges, hoping we wouldn't notice), but we never encountered any of that at Falcone. We did decide to purchase an extra 3-year warranty for our 2017 Subaru Outback, but the warranty, as well as the other available add-ons, were all completely optional and explained in detail so that we could make an informed decision.
