    Ready to drive off in my new 2019 Forester!

    I've now brought my Forester here for scheduled service three times since purchasing it (6, 12 and 18 months) and am really impressed with the experience. Scheduling appointments online is super easy and they send a confirmation email right away. The 6 month service was in pre-Covid times, and so I was still working from my physical downtown office. The shuttle was so fast and convenient for both morning drop off and evening pick up. They schedule your pick up time in the morning too, so you don't have to call later to do that. For the 12 and 18 month service appointments, I opted to wait since I was still working from home. The waiting areas are clean and comfortable and the free wifi is plenty fast to get work done. They have an area with comfy chairs, tv, coffee and snacks, and then another quieter area with desk space if you really need to get work done. There is also a play area for kids. The lounge and restrooms seemed very clean, occupancy limits were clearly marked in each area, everyone was wearing masks and there was hand sanitizer readily available. Service is fast, and no nonsense. They do what is recommended for each service interval without upselling attempts. They also wash your car with each service which is a really nice touch, and everyone is always friendly and pleasant

    The service I have received at Falcone Subaru has been exceptional. I trust the service team to take care of my vehicle and help me prolong my vehicles life by following maintenance guidelines. Located on west 16th street just passed old Busch Field just before Longs Doughnuts. I couldn't resist because the delicious doughnuts are available in the lobby of Falcone until they run out daily. Subarus are Popular and a top safety choice auto mobile since forever so call and make an appointment. Busy dealership.

    Everyone hates car dealerships it seems. Love-hate relationship perhaps? I've dealt with Falcone for years now and they typically do good work and are very attentive and helpful. The service department for VW is very competent and they know their stuff. I almost always bring them the OEM part (with a part number you can always find it cheaper online) and they are more than happy to install it without question, which is nice. The waiting area is nice and has drinks, desk workspace, and free wi-fi. Not too sure how often they have Long's doughnuts but I see some people posting about that in their reviews. Covid note: On my last service visit, I did notice that there are several signs saying that there are "UV VIRUS KILLERS" at work in the showroom/waiting area. They have several mounted at the ceiling throughout the dealership. I felt it gave some the guise that they did not need to wear masks while inside. Most employees were wearing masks esp. when in close contact with me. I'm not 100% sure how effective the UV lights are, but it seemed like a "feel good" measure if anything. Most sales staff esp those in cubicles were not wearing masks. I'm sure if they were interacting closely with customers I would hope they would put a mask on. Just my observation.

    After a horrible experience with Tom Wood trying to order my 2021 Crosstrek, I turned to Falcone and was not let down. Everything was so easy and the people I worked with were so kind. I am so happy in my new Subaru and it was such a great deal! Thank you so much!! Will never go to another Subaru dealership.

    I drive close to an hour to go to Falcone over other dealerships. Their service department is honest and only tell you want you need to do to keep safe and driving. The sales team is very very low pressure and don't mind if you come in thinking you know all there is to know about Subaru. They actually appreciate that, and I believe that is part of the Subaru brand community that has been built. Falcone truly embodies that community. Thanks guys!     I don't know if they do pre-purchase inspection services but if they did, you would have to get it in there before 6 because they would be closed. Why don't you give then a call.

I out 1450 on a 2011 ford focus se on feb.27th . On March 10th my car tire caught on fire due to the bad breaks and rotors that weren't changed and tires that are from 2020 . Fast forward to march 19th my control arm snap and sway bar link snapped in half due to the underbody rusted out . The manager told me to bring it to the shop just to tell me that it was my fault and proceeded to hang up on me and then told the receptionist he doesn't want to talk with me and I'm currently a paying customer . Im currently getting a lawyer and about to start a lawsuit . They sold me a lemon and before my 30 days were up they disregarded me . They are very racist and don't not help any other color that their own . Beware they are bad for business .

Today, I called to pay my car note (someone finally answered), and I incurred a $5 late fee because I was two weeks behind, which is fine. However, I just wanted to notify them that I had tried to call over eight times in the past two weeks, and the lady responded, "We always answer the phone." I wasn't worried about paying the five dollars; I just wanted to let them know, and that was the only response she gave me. To which I responded, I have receipts in my call log, and I have tried calling numerous times. She then told me she didn't want to argue and hung up on me. I called back, and a lady named "Shay" (who might have been the same person from the first call) was just making excuses for them not answering the phone, and was very rude as well. I would not recommend buying a car from here at all. Just go somewhere else.

    Worst used car dealership in Indianapolis. Should be a 0 rating. Sold me a van said they would…read morerepair this issues before i picked it up. never repaired it waited months, literally for them to repair it, they never did. The owner shook my hand and lied to me told me that he would give me warranty I have it in writing, on a legally binding "we owe" form. Have less than 3000 miles on the van. Worst used car i have ever bought. Worst experience buying a car. He let me get a loaner while i was waiting for the repairs that were supposed to happen, it broke down the first day. I contacted the attorney generals office, he never responded. Literally the definition of shady used car salesman. When i finally went to pick up the van after 6 months he tried to get me to sign something i refused and got very upset, my son was with me. I started to go off at this point. Who wouldnt? Me and my son where called white trash by the salesman. They wouldn't direct us to the van made us search the lot and before we left the owner ran up and punched the window of the van. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. He also sold my uncle with stage 4 cancer a Crown Victoria, nothing but problems out of this car he gave it to me before he passed. Constant repairs on it. Took me months just to get it to start regularly had to bypass the ignition and install and push button start.
