This was probably the worst service I've ever had at a FedEx. Been doing business with them for a long time. I emailed the labels for my packages to their locations email address. The person, Lanie was either too new or wasn't properly trained. She kept making demands at me on how I needed to email the labels to her. I've been doing this a long time and I follow the same procedure. She told me I sent her a link. So I sent her the exact copy with a clickable FedEx link that said print labels. She couldn't find it and I had to show her. After clicking it, she then tried to print the labels first from the label printer. The first one came out normal and the second was in landscape. So she tried again and printed the next one portrait and it was far too big for the page to fit in a sleeve. She then acted like those were the only 2 and kept arguing with me there weren't 4 to print. There were 3 other employees there, 2 guys and 1 woman. She was back there gossiping while Lanie was struggling. I called to one of the male employees and asked for help. Lanie then barked at me she didn't need help she knew how to print a label. But she did need help and no one was offering it. The kid walked away probably because he didn't want any backlash from her. Finally the manager came up and helped her. She didn't have a word about Lanies behavior nor did she apologize to me for my awful experience. Now I don't know if it's because this employees age or just bad management? But Lanie didn't seem happy period. After the manager walked away another customer came in and one of the other white guys walked up and told me to move the sleeves so he could help that person. I'm looking around like why are these people telling me to do their job?! Lanie then tells him nothing needs to be moved. She then gives me the sleeves telling me to put them on my packages which clearly needed to be taped up. She then asks the other person if she can help her before taping and labeling my packages. Lanie also asked me if I needed a receipt which I did but also tries to help new customers the same time. I'm fed up and I tell the manager I have a plane to catch and I need someone to finish labeling my packages. Then finally emergence set in and they got to it. I'm really hoping I get my packages and they arrive undamaged. This was a nightmare. Next time I will travel farther to another FedEx. read more

I've come here on a couple of occasions this year. One to send out 3 very large packages and two, to print out some menus. When I was sending out the 3 large boxes ,the manager came out and helped me unload the boxes and bring them in. They even made sure the packing was done well enough so the equipment wasn't damaged during shipment. I felt like they actually cared to get my package to its destination without damage. The second time I went in to get a menu made ,but had to edit the format and page sizes. They were able to finish everything by the next morning and everything looked exactly the way I envisioned. They were very patient with me and explained the costs and process very well. Overall, the staff was very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. I came to FedEx because Staples couldn't unbind my large book due to their small cutter. FedEx however has a larger cutter and can unbind your books for an even cheaper price (under $2 compared with under $4 for Staples). I got a large book unbound and turned it into 4 separate smaller books with spiral binding. It costs an extra $5 something for the spiral binding. You can choose blue or black plastic backing as well. You get a 10% student discount if you show your ID. It took 45 minutes to complete so I walked around and they texted me when it was done. This is a great way to turn fat books into more manageable smaller ones that are easier to carry around. It is also easier to write in books with a spiral binding vs. the kinds that are glued. read more

Staff immediately gave attitude and began speaking in Spanish to other team members and doesn't align with customer service via phone. Was told my package can be picked up with proof of address with a piece of mail for my husband to pick up package. When arrived to this location my husband was told the package was taken out of the facility to be delivered at home. Advised them that we requested for it to be sent to the Fed Ex location for in person pickup but husband will be picking it up. They sent him home and said to wait for a carrier to drop it off. I arrived at the location having to leave work early to make sure I don't miss the window to pick up package. Once arrived I was told package never left facility and he wouldn't have been able to pick it up anyway. If the truth was told he wouldn't have had to cancel an entire day of work waiting for a truck to arrive. He went to location and they looked up tracking without an I.D. and gave him details regarding the shipment that were also false but wouldn't service me without even looking at an I.D. read more

FedEx is the ABSOLUTE WORST shipping company, they have no one to answer calls that real, all voice recorded things. I've been lied to multiple time due to them losing a package and then telling me that it was arriving multiple times and it never did. If I was you I would never buy anything that uses FedEx as a shipper because it's non stop problems and they have no idea where your package is if you are in need of it. I paid extra money for fast shipping and got screwed by FedEx, it just never showed up. The self service printer was not available at the time i was in there because of the corona virus and i had to use the other print where you have to print every page as a single page and i wanted to print double paged and I couldn't do it at that time but Kendra she went out of her way to help me when i told her i was a student and asked me to email her my files and she double printed all my 350 papers and saved me some money. I generally really like FedEx Kinko's because they give you free colored paper of your choice. They used to have a container where you just picked it up, but now that they've remodeled you have to ask for it. There's one girl who works here who seems totally stressed out in the self-service department. She's startled me several times by shouting "Do you need any help??????" I guess I should be glad that she's there, but if given a choice, I'll go to the one on Colorado Blvd for more SELF service versus this gal. read more

At the least there is a FedEx in the Aurora area where I can take advantage of super-nice scanners, photo printing, and the paper cutter. I mean, it's always word on the street that they have poor shipping service and I have never tried that but FedEx is definitely good if you have to do a lot of color printing for an art class or something. IMO FedEx ground is about 5-10% cheaper than UPS with same good service levels.. Customer service is very poor at this location! I had paid for and downloaded a document from the Internet. I had planned to have this FedEx center make 10 copies for me. I brought my receipt of the purchase of the document download with me to the center. I fully understand that FedEx must observe copyright laws. I was directed by the clerk to use one of their computers so that I could "prove" that the document download site gave me permission to make copies. I decided to use my smartphone instead since this store would charge me for using their computer. The clerk made me wait as she fiddled with some paperwork after I indicated that I had found the website on my phone. The website confirmed that I had permission to make the copies. I thought that my paper receipt and the website statement was more than sufficient proof. The clerk took several minutes to slowly examine the website on my smartphone and then asked me to send her a link. Bottom line--I had been in the store for over 20 minutes! I hadn't even gotten a quote yet. The clerk was slow and unfriendly. I gave up and walked out. Take your business someplace else where clerks are trained in good customer service! read more

Fed ex needs to train their employees better. All their agents do is lie. I ordered a package with the correct address just missing my apartment number. When I went to track the package it stated delivered on Thursday 19th around 1 something. When I checked my leasing off before closing they stated no fed ex deliveries was made that day. Then I call fed ex to be told, "it was delivered to your leasing office by driver." So I waited until Friday morning to double check with my leasing office again. Well, they told me the same thing no package. At this point you can see why I am beyond mad. So, I call fed ex back to get another lie. They then change their story to saying, "it was delivered on your door step." And as you can guess it wasn't. So I'm getting even more iriate because of the LIES. I just wanted the truth on where it was delivered. Finally one agent tells me it was delivered to a completely different address. Friday the 20th was when I was told this and they said, "you should receive it on Sat 21st." So, I called today (sat) at around noon to find there is no update. Even though I was told it will be here today for sure. They just keep apologizing but what does that mean from liars?! Nothing. If you can't be honest don't even talk to me. I just keep getting the run around and when I asked for corporate phone number, they claim I can only get the address.. what good does that do? I need to report all these agents for providing terrible customer service with lies. I will never order anything that goes through fed ex again. I should of at least got offered shipping payment reimbursement. It's sad big corporations don't give two shits but about their pockets at the end of the day. Very poor customer service at this location. I was treated rudely by Aimee and Faith when they refused to accept a taped up box with a prepaid label in an attempt to force me to buy packing material to fill up a half inch of air space inside the top when they pushed on it. Did not allow me to use FedEx materials for this purpose because they said that was for "customers", which I was. I've been going to this store for many years and most of the employees have been very impolite and/or incompetent just like the two I dealt with today. read more

The Worst FedEx Office In The Entire System! I generally have no complaints with FedEx Office establishments around the country, at least not grievous enough to yelp about, but this location is the worst. They are staffed by uneducated, complacent, poorly trained employees that give an air of unprofessionalism to this location. I normally send my print jobs to the Cherry Creek North location where they do an outstanding job (credit: Unique), but every time I send a job to the Parker Road location they can't get it right. The other day I was forced to use the Parker Road location for a small job (it's near where I live) and hoped that in the intervening 6 months that I had been there they had hired new staff that would get my straight-forward order correct. Well, they did have new employees, but they were as dysfunctional as the previous staff. I waited nearly 30 minutes for them to to print my job (2 pages), and became exhausted with the service again and sent the order to Cherry Creek where they printed it perfectly without any problems. As a final insult, the Parker Road location wanted to charge me $14.50 for one print (they said they had to use their large format printer), while Cherry Creek North printed both jobs on 11" x 17" paper for less than $5. Thank goodness for Cherry Creek! Next time I have to use a printer in my area, I think I'll try Office Depot! read more
