When my incident first happened, he was on it, there to talk to me, ensured me that everything will be fine, he would only be a phone call away anytime I had questions, pretty much he will treat my claim as if it's his own and gave me a sense he would be there for me through the process. Long story short, after that very first phone call of speaking with him about my incident and signing the contract, he became almost non-existent and very hard to get a hold of after. As if, he got my business and everything else went out the door.
