I was surprised she charged $20 for standard eyebrow threading. She did a good job. However I only used her services because Punitha/Anita from Desiree Salon ( close by) was on vacation. They charge $4 for in my opinion better work. Prett does a great job with eyebrows - no doubt. But this is the second time in a row that I made an appointment and she was not there. Her shop wasn't even open. I made an appointment for 12pm on a Sunday and its 1215 and she is still not in. Unacceptable as I'm a paying customer and if I have to be on time its only professional that the person I'm paying should be on time as well. I obviously made an appointment for a reason. Honestly very disappointed. Thought I found a good eyebrow person but I don't have time to constantly wait on someone. I just moved from NY to TX about 5 weeks ago. I haven't had my eyebrows since right before my move. I've been going to my lady for waxing and threading for the last 20 years. So looking for a new person in TX was a little stressful. Let's be honest eyebrows are kind of a big deal. You just can't miss a good or bad eyebrow job. So I had an appt today to get my eyebrows threaded, under arms, upper lip, & nose waxed. I met with Preet and she was really welcoming. She asked what look I was going for with my eyebrows and did I want wax or thread. I told her thread with a little arch. I like how she explained where it would be a little thicker and where it would be a little thinner to show my arch. I love my eyes brow and will be going to her moving forward. The wax was pretty easy. This experience with waxing was different from my usual. In NY lady would apply the wax then a strip over it to pull the wax. With Preet wax she applied it and just peeled it off. When it came to the wax she asked was it too hot which I liked being asked that. Preet gives great customer service, I call or text her and she is easy to contact and get an appointment with. What's best is what she does. I am never going to the places where you get your eyebrows massacred for 4 dollars, then it takes months to grow out. My eyebrows are uneven and have gaps so I am very particular about how I want them done. Preet understood what I like, and she does them perfectly to match their original shape yet look sharp and clean. She is a good listener and asks exactly what you like, and the results are perfect for me. Each time I leave happy and satisfied. I had a wonderful first experience . Preet is great at what she does . She left my brows looking beautiful and ready for vacation. The tinting lasted the humidity and swimming in the Caribbean . I loved not having to worry about my eyebrows while on vacation. I decided to give it another shot a month later and this time it took an hour in between clients to get them "tinted ". Apparently the color wasn't catching . After bearing through the stinging and time I waited at the end she tells me next time make sure she has the right product for me .I wish I would have known that from the beginning. A couple days later I am back to my original brow as the tint has completely faded ... not worth the time or the $40. read more

This was my first time ever really doing anything to my brows other than some plucking once in a while, and Preet did an outstanding job. Not only did she shape my eyebrows exactly how I wanted, she also paid sooo much attention to detail and didn't leave any stray hairs. I came in super nervous, but she made sure I knew what to expect and told me the pain was basically the same as plucking, but was just a faster version, and I agree! The pain was a lot less than I expected and was totally worth it! At the end, she even gave me some tips on how to reduce acne, since I had a lot in between my brows! She listened to exactly what I wanted and gave my brows a great shape and they look very clean and sharp.I have very sensitive skin and the threading didn't irritate my skin whatsoever, just a little redness but that's expected.
