I was in contact with their manager since work was done to 30 days post when they placed a lien without any notice. When I then contacted the entire team I was told I had not been in communication and again, no self accountability taken. Work was not to speck in area and foam had inconsistencies in texture and color potentially showing mixture problems.

He said that actually catching the mice humanely would not be possible (too difficult) but if they could get into the attic, they could identify the possible entry points and block those so that in future, rodents could not get in. Access to the attic on that day was not possible but we likely will get that done. In the meantime, there was no charge for the visit, which was incredibly generous. I learned a lot, which is valuable to me going forward.
