They isolated/sealed off the work area. The old insulation was removed, they sanitized the attic, sealed air gaps and placed the new insulation. Some areas were pretty tight. After all was done, Nome went into the attic to verify the work and to assure that the air gaps were done. He also made sure that the old vent duct boots were secure and repaired a couple of them. I have been very busy and haven't had a chance to go into the attic, but will at some point. Overall, I am very satisfied with what this company has done and how detailed Nome was to assure the work was done right. There us an impressionable difference in the temperature in the house.

He was able to quickly identify where the mice were (behind, or near, the stove) and where they were coming from (behind the fridge, through the walls, likely starting out in the attic). He said that actually catching the mice humanely would not be possible (too difficult) but if they could get into the attic, they could identify the possible entry points and block those so that in future, rodents could not get in. Access to the attic on that day was not possible but we likely will get that done. In the meantime, there was no charge for the visit, which was incredibly generous. I learned a lot, which is valuable to me going forward.

The property was empty so I asked them to let me know when it was complete and to send photos of the work. They failed to do either. I paid all but 1.5%, because I wanted proof of completion. After 6 months (!) someone texted a grainy photo of somebody's attic from which I am supposed to accept that it is mine and then insisted on full final payment. They failed to provide notice that they were coming to take a picture which is highly unprofessional for a rental property in particular. I do NOT recommend using this company.

I personally had a great experience today in a bit great time of my life lol…read more My water heater has been leaking for days and I just found out it has a warranty left in it for five more days. I had to look for a place that services my Brand of water heater, is reputable, and available! They were able to come out SAME DAY and kept me informed throughout the day of changes in eta. There was a pretty big change in eta but that worked out for me because I was just leaving work to meet their technician. The technician (Roberto Ramirez) was kind and patient and explained what COULD be wrong and what was ACTUALLY wrong. He told me what to look for in the future and possibly how to prevent it from happening again. He told me how to maintain it going forward and some other tips and tricks that might help extend the life of my water heater. Additionally, he contacted the warranty company and worked with them to get the needed part today at zero cost to me which you would think might annoy a company or technician but he didn't seem bothered at all. I appreciated the time put into explaining everything to me as well as fixing the equipment. Would recommend. PS look online for coupons or specials to mention :-)
