They told me the compressor was leaking but luckily covered under an extended warranty. They supposedly "fixed" it and sent me on my way. ​Fast forward a few months, and the A/C completely stops working again. I brought it back at the end of May, left it overnight, and the service advisor, Junior, called to tell me the problem was now the "evaporator"--a repair that would cost me $3,000 out of pocket. ​Trust your gut! I declined the service and took my car to two different independent A/C specialty shops for a second opinion. Both shops confirmed the evaporator was fine, the problem was still the compressor, and it looked like it was never actually replaced by the dealership in December. ​I had the compressor fixed at a trusted independent shop, and my A/C works perfectly now. I have brought four different Honda vehicles to this dealership over the past two decades, but after being outright lied to and nearly duped out of $3,000, I will never step foot here again. I specifically asked Anton to personally check the car and be completely honest about any cosmetic issues he observes because frankly the photos can be hard to tell. He assured me there were no dents or scratches and sent me more photos. So I put down a $2000 deposit , did the credit application and flew out to pick it up. But the moment I saw the car, I noticed a repaired scratch on the front bumper, a visible dent in the rear, and several other scratches that should've been disclosed. That was TRULY disappointing, and honestly, Anton A. just didn't seem like he cared and went back to "i sent you photos though" Well if i trusted photos, I wouldn't have asked him to personally lay eyes on it twice and there would be no need to have a live salesperson on a deal. He also barely acknowledged my wife when we arrived (who he knew the car was for), which felt unprofessional. Overall it felt like a bait and switch. He reeled me in, told me everything I needed to hear, and then acted all innocent as soon as we got there. He is not an honest person and I would think twice before putting trust in him. But then the sales manager, Chris N, stepped in, listened to us, and worked respectfully to make things right. He never dismissed our concerns and worked with us to resolve the situation. He's the only reason this dealership is getting 4 stars instead of 1. Without him, I would've walked away with a VERY different impression. Once I made it to the front, the nice guy said he would be willing to help me but he had to take the line first which is completely understandable. He had all the right tools in his hoodie pocket, so he came prepared. I held my phone light to help the best I could, and once he asked me to start my car, it was a success!
