first of all, I waited 30 whole minutes jut for them to tell me that they can't give me a car because I "didn't look old enough" and I "can't drive far" and also that they give out cars to their close relatives and friends and after I asked how much is that they said I can only drive around Koreatown and when I asked how many miles would that be per day the lady helping me said I cannot exceed a 100 miles. We can all agree that in life whether in our control or not..unfortunate events happen. I'm an Army officer and was gone all summer for my military training. Less than 48 hours of returning home, I got into a terrible car accident from hurricane Hilary (storm was Aug 16-21, 2023). My car was totaled. Being gone for a long period of time and coming back home was hard enough but on top of that having no car was harder. Thankfully, both the owner and all the employees worked so hard to help me out. My definition of 'help' is their hard work and extremely high-quality service. I have absolutely no words on this business. I came here with my mother in regards to a car title change. The lady (she calls herself the owner) ultimately seemed like she was in a bad mood so we tried avoiding eye contact and did what she instructed us to do. By the way, when you're instructing someone to sign documents, you don't push them to "hurry up". What's wrong with you? Also if I'm making decisions and talking amongst family members, why the hell are you butting into our conversations when our conversation isn't about you or anything remotely related to you. On TOP OF THAT, WHY THE HELL ARE YOU GETTING FRUSTRATED AT US?You're a business owner, no matter what the circumstances are, you need to better yourself for your business and your customers as this wasn't free charity work she was doing either. The amount of ignorance, lack of ethics, and manners was insurmountable to anything I've seen in a car dealership. Needless to say, I'd give this place 0 stars if I could, and that's me being nice. I just sold my beloved car and they made the process very easy. I did overhear them talk and they at first would've quoted me a higher offer but then they saw my appraisal from Carmax which was lower. They then offered a price higher than Carmax but lower than what they initially discussed amongst themselves. I think if I requested higher, they would've probably given it to me, but I wasn't quick enough and I did feel a little pressure to sell at that point. In the end, they were convincing enough and made the paperwork easy. I'm still quite satisfied. Thank you Esther and the other lady! I purchased a 2006 black Honda CR-V under 100k miles for a super reasonable price back in October of 2023. I can't stand dealerships that harass you with all kinds of added fees and I just wanted to buy a vehicle in cash and the sweet family that runs this dealership really gave me the experience I was looking for and really treats you like family. I was able to freely test drive it and they made sure everything was ready for me, even detailed it again before I left with it and even gifted me some beautiful microfiber towels. I waited some time to write this review because there was an issue with the pink slip that needed to be released from a different state which took a couple months to sort out. I was able to leave with my vehicle with a temporary title and Eden motor group delivered on their promise. After a few weeks I did receive in the mail my official adjusted California pink slip. Then about a month later they mailed me the second spare key for the vehicle that they were able to obtain from the previous owner which I was not even aware of so that was to my great surprise. I'm saying all this for you to know that you can 100% trust their word. I was able to pay in cash for the asking price and they did not once try to finagle some extra hidden fees or insurance or any other kind of crap that dealerships sometimes try to make an extra buck on. Nine months later I am still soo happy with my purchase, I absolutely love my CR-V and if anyone is looking to buy a used vehicle with good mileage for a fair price I highly recommend you check out this dealership. They are a sweet family owned dealership that is true to their word which is hard to come across these days. My initial impression wasn't great. Found a car I was interested at CarGurus, but I couldn't locate the seller info anywhere in that page. I decided to "contact the seller" from Cargurus, but it was late at night already so a little after midnight, I got an automated reply from Cargurus stating that someone from the dealership will contact me back during business hours. After thoroughly check the email, it turns out that the car location is here at Eden Motor Group. Did a little research and opened their website just to check if the car is still showing in Eden Motor website, and there it was. So I contact the dealer from their own website, but still it was outside business hour. Later in the afternoon, I got an email stating that the car is still available. Went the next day (Saturday afternoon) to do a little bit of test drive and negotiation with Richard, went out for awhile then later called them to get a firm confirmation about the pricing. Made a deal over the phone, but can't finalize the deal that day since the car wasn't smogged and washed. Still came back to give them a deposit to finalize the deal on Monday (they closed Sunday). Just to double check everything was fine we called Eden group to see if it was finalized. They were so rude answering our questions. They hung up on us twice! This place sets the bar pretty high when selling a car directly. They are true to their word when they say they pay more than Carmax. I got $500 more than the quote after selling my Camry. Couple drawbacks: The selection tends to be pretty small, especially now because used car demand is sky-high. Some cars stay on sale forever until a staff member buys(?) it or something. Also, if you forget something important like a phone mount, don't expect to get it back. I asked to get it back and they pretty much told me no. I also contacted them over the phone (In English) if they had a Corolla for sale but by the time they said it would be ready for sale, it was already gone. Poof. So when I bought my Accord here used, they were very professional with everything. Free DMV service is offered so I was able to get the title under my name in the same visit as the purchase. So far, no problems. My parents bought a Maxima way back from this dealership and delivered pretty much the same experience. They offer a small selection of cars at a good price and based on how they operate, you can't go wrong with Eden. read more

I saw an ad saying that they can beat car max. So I got an estimate from car max and my husband called this place asking if the ads were true. And they said they would GUARANTEE at least $500 over the car max estimate. I had to drive all the way there in a traffic hour for over 25 miles. But after they looked at my vehicle they said because of the frame damage (which was written on the car max estimate that was sent to them before I even got there) they cannot buy my car. It was very disappointing since I have three kids including two toddlers and it was not easy for me to drive by myself all the way to LA with my husband there. We were planning to spend some time together afterwards. And turns out that we had to drive all the way back to go to car max. I understand that it's their business and my car wasn't worthwhile for them to buy. But telling us that they would GUARANTEE the price is definitely a breach of trust.
