This insurance establishment was listed as an uber driver friendly establishment and when contacted about a policy for a lease - Angelica acted as though this was not an issue. She opened a policy on a car and then when contacted later about changing the policy one of her co-workers answered and states that this company does not insure uber drivers. Angelica then had the audacity to LIE and say she didn't remember being told the policy was open for an uber driver even though she had to put the company name of the lease as the police holder. The whole phone call was recorded and she still did not own up to her mistake. And then the company said they could not refund the whole amount because of the "new policy fee" - so this woman manage to STEAL money from a client by means of misinformation and false advertising.
