The price is not great, and I didn't need anything from them as I hadn't filed any claims, so it was all good. For about 18 months they would call me about every 45 days and ask a bunch of questions trying to sell me more and I asked several times to stop. Today on my way to work my car died. I called the insurance but they were t open yet, I left a message and called roadside to request a tow- two hours later I get a call "potential spam" and the person on the other line has a bad connection and tells me that they can only find someone that costs over three times of what they cover. I called a local tow myself and they said I needed to Allstate to set it up with them to save the hundred dollars, I called Shellee and she finally answered- only to tel me that the tow company I choose is not allowed, but the tow company says they work with Allstate. Shellee not only didn't call me back this morning while I was stranded on the side of the road, but she was rude and condescending in her tone. I need insurance but do not have to go through them so I will take all of the time that I need to find an agent that cares about the client. This one is not it. And it is not even fairly priced, so please be careful choosing your insurance provider, it is already stressful to be in a situation where you need help- they should not be adding more stress to what you are already experiencing, you pay them, they should help us.

I spent 45 minutes with a minimum wage employee who transcribed the documents I brought in and who asked zero questions about a home office, student loans or anything else that might actually affect my tax burden. I was quoted 250.00 by an actual CPA to handle my SIMPLE return but they were 3 weeks out. Explained that to them and asked for a partial refund and was told to kick rocks though they did offer to do my return next year. If your return is simple enough for someone with 3 days of training on how to use Liberty's system to fill out forms it is probably simple enough to do yourself and for free. If you are not that comfortable use a real accountant. If you want to have good laugh ask for a price before you get started and enjoy the blank look on your "tax professional's" face.

The whole team here is incredible, there are no slackers. If I had questions or reached out to them via email for anything responses were fast, thorough, and professional. I was kept in the loop during every step of the process while responding to the team with..."What? Are you serious?" due to the speed in which they were handling their business. Tyrone also showed up to the signing of the closing papers and was a huge help in explaining a lot of those forms in terms I could understand before I put my Herbie Hancock on them. (I hope all of you readers understand that reference!) The whole team is committed to excellence and it shows through every step, phone call, and email. I'll recommend Tyrone and his team all day, every day.

I reached out to Curtis towards the end of last year after I was referred to him by someone I know…read more I explained to him what I needed for a non profit company I'm a volunteer for. He agreed he could do the work and we entered into an agreement mid December. He gave me a list of things he needed from us. The treasurer and I kept him updated on our progress on the things he'd asked for. By mid February we had everything ready for him that he'd requested. He said he'd get to work on our project. By mid March I reached out to him and he said that he wouldn't be able to really work on it until after tax season (end of April) ok no problem. We run fiscal year and not calendar year so that's fine. Beginning of May I reached out to him and he said he'd start working on it the following. Week. Ok. End of May I reached out again and he said he'd been swamped with the tax season but would start the following week. First week of June the treasurer reached out to him to see how things were going and we were told that he was getting started that week and everything would be completed and wrapped up by the end of of June 6/30. Well you can see what the date is and the rating. He didn't ever even start our project despite promising 6 different times he'd start working on it next week. The 6th time I told him no I was terminating our agreement and we'd be going another direction. I can't honestly speak for how he does as a cpa seeing as he didn't do the things he promised. Save yourself the headache and money and just look elsewhere.
