Ordering from the drive through proved to be somewhat frustrating. No fault of Better Buzz but instead a clueless Tesla driver. Took Tesla driver 10 minutes to make an order. Once the overly entitled driver was done things flowed smoothly. We ordered two iced americano coffees with cream and nothing else. Got to the window and one of the coffees was missing cream. No problem says the kind checkout lady as she takes it back and puts cream in it. Two short cup medium coffees set me back $10. Seems kind of steep for what I got but after all it is Better Buzz. As for taste? It was okay. Not the best iced coffee but certainly not the worst. Good enough to warrant a return visit. It seems 4 stars is justified for this visit. read more

We were in Temecula for the weekend and spotted Better Buzz as we were leaving town. Since we don't have one near us in LA, we knew we had to make a stop before the drive home. Parking was easy, and the shop itself is surprisingly large with plenty of seating, cool decor, and clean restrooms. The menu is packed with options. Whether you want handcrafted flavored coffees, espresso drinks, cold brew, teas, smoothies, bowls, sandwiches, wraps, or toast, there's something for everyone. I appreciate that they have their own mobile app and offer some pretty cool branded merch. I ordered the Buzz blended caramel iced coffee and it was a perfect, tasty distraction from the long commute back home. Needed coffee ASAP while I was in Temecula and stumbled upon this place. The parking lot was a bit small and the drive through line was LONG, so I parked a little far and walked into the cafe. The inside was super nice and the restroom was clean! I didn't have to wait super long and the cashier was good. There was plenty of people sitting down inside and enjoying their morning, I could see this being a great place to study! I got the "coconut best drink ever" and it was pretty good. It was creamy and the coffee flavor came through without it being overwhelmed by the cream. I couldn't really taste a coconut flavor but my boyfriend said that he could. Despite that, I still enjoyed the drink bc of the flavor and smoothness. My boyfriend got the Moroccan spice and it was pretty good too! He really enjoyed it, and he doesn't get coffee often so that says a lot. Overall, it was a great experience and I enjoyed my coffee and even came back the next day to try it again. read more

I'm only taking a star because of how slow the ordering goes at the drive thru. People use the drive thru to make things quicker! Also, they took my order and payment and THEN told me that I'd have to wait a few minutes for my food. I don't have that kind of time when I'm on my way to work. They need to let people know that before they pay so we can change our minds. I get that it's a profit thing so people already paid but I think that's bad customer service. OTHERWISE, the food is tasty and they don't get my order wrong. So yes, I'll be back! But they gotta be faster and more transparent. read more

Inarguably the worst matcha I've had in my life. I mean just looking at the photo, I'm not sure how you can even call that a matcha. It looks like milk with matcha "flavor" added, but that sure isn't matcha... not even culinary grade. Wow, what a disappointment. I ordered the chili breakfast wrap, which has ham, egg, cheese, and hash brown. We don't eat pork so I asked if I could sub the ham out for turkey. They said I can't do that. I saw they had a turkey sandwich on the menu. I asked can I just have the ham taken off please? Yes, you can. Can I order a side of turkey? Yes, you can. I'll just leave it at that... I just completely wasted $40 on two drinks and two hot breakfast items. I took a couple sips and just couldn't continue. Food was inedible. If you've ever had real matcha dont even bother! read more

They offered some pretty unique selections, like Miso Caramel Latte, which is what I got, and really enjoyed it! It was similar to a salted Caramel, but also different. Hard to explain until you try it. They offer milk alternatives like oat, coconut, and almond. The baristas were pretty nice. We got a drink that we didn't know only came hot, and they were able to remake us something different. They also have merch.
