I really enjoyed my coffee and sandwich and I like the overall look of the interior, but our ordering experience and retrieval of our coffee and food was so confusing. The girl repeatedly repeated the order incorrectly whilst ordering and it was just overall confusion with trying to place the order. Then the coffee and food orders were inconsistently called out by name so there was confusion as to if the orders were ours. Luckily it was all rectified but just left for some confusion. This place was great when it first opened and they have progressively gotten worse. Their drive thru order taking process is so redundant and the ppl taking the order are usually distracted with conversations with their coworkers. The coffee was also good at first but that too has degraded. I ordered a cold brew today and there wasn't a lick of coffee in that cup. Either they cut it with waaay too much milk or they didn't steep the cold brew long enough but it tasted like watery half and half. read more

We were in Temecula for the weekend and spotted Better Buzz as we were leaving town. Since we don't have one near us in LA, we knew we had to make a stop before the drive home. Parking was easy, and the shop itself is surprisingly large with plenty of seating, cool decor, and clean restrooms. The menu is packed with options. Whether you want handcrafted flavored coffees, espresso drinks, cold brew, teas, smoothies, bowls, sandwiches, wraps, or toast, there's something for everyone. I appreciate that they have their own mobile app and offer some pretty cool branded merch. I ordered the Buzz blended caramel iced coffee and it was a perfect, tasty distraction from the long commute back home. Ordering from the drive through proved to be somewhat frustrating. No fault of Better Buzz but instead a clueless Tesla driver. Took Tesla driver 10 minutes to make an order. Once the overly entitled driver was done things flowed smoothly. We ordered two iced americano coffees with cream and nothing else. Got to the window and one of the coffees was missing cream. No problem says the kind checkout lady as she takes it back and puts cream in it. Two short cup medium coffees set me back $10. Seems kind of steep for what I got but after all it is Better Buzz. As for taste? It was okay. Not the best iced coffee but certainly not the worst. Good enough to warrant a return visit. It seems 4 stars is justified for this visit. read more

Needed coffee ASAP while I was in Temecula and stumbled upon this place. The parking lot was a bit small and the drive through line was LONG, so I parked a little far and walked into the cafe. The inside was super nice and the restroom was clean! I didn't have to wait super long and the cashier was good. There was plenty of people sitting down inside and enjoying their morning, I could see this being a great place to study! I got the "coconut best drink ever" and it was pretty good. It was creamy and the coffee flavor came through without it being overwhelmed by the cream. I couldn't really taste a coconut flavor but my boyfriend said that he could. Despite that, I still enjoyed the drink bc of the flavor and smoothness. My boyfriend got the Moroccan spice and it was pretty good too! He really enjoyed it, and he doesn't get coffee often so that says a lot. Overall, it was a great experience and I enjoyed my coffee and even came back the next day to try it again. read more

I just wanna start off by saying I'm not Karen who leaves negative reviews on everything, but my experience at this location today was less than stellar. I ordered a large vanilla iced latte and when I got up to the window, the employee handed me a regular. I told her that I ordered a large, and she said you're right, let me fix that for you and then she proceeded to take my regular size sized coffee, dump it in a large cup, and then just top it off with ice. I'm only taking a star because of how slow the ordering goes at the drive thru. People use the drive thru to make things quicker! Also, they took my order and payment and THEN told me that I'd have to wait a few minutes for my food. I don't have that kind of time when I'm on my way to work. They need to let people know that before they pay so we can change our minds. I get that it's a profit thing so people already paid but I think that's bad customer service.
