If you want to get your walls repainted or light fixtures installed, then I would recommend them. Cons: I wouldn't necessarily recommend flooring as we are having issues where the baseboard does not connect to the floor and there are gaps in places. They are suppose to come fix it but communication has been sparse ever since we paid them (back in August) and to me this is disappointing. We also had a huge issue with backsplash and it took several attempts to fix it and I am still not 100% happy with how the backsplash came out but we needed to move-in ASAP and settled for an okay job. Lastly, when going through inspection, I noticed paint was stained on our carpet and brand new counters and it was a pain to remove the paint. Overall, I'm giving 3 stars especially because after several attempts to contact them, they have stopped responding even though they said they would come fix their mistakes with the gaps in the floor. I will update the review if they contact us with an actual date and time to come.

It was also the only company to communicate the 10 day waiting period until they obtained an L&I permit to abate or mention the need to get a permit. Dealing with asbestos you can't be too careful. The team arrived early on the scheduled day, secured the area and removed every last tile in about 1/2 a day. They did a great job at a competitive price. Make sure you check L&I for violations because some of the other companies I considered had major documented health violations related to asbestos removal. This company did not.

Work was done on schedule and very carefully, cleanup inside and outside the house each day was thorough. And Mike was extremely helpful with his onsite estimate. AEC was the only estimator we talked to who told us about the ZAI Trust, which processes claims for residential asbestos insulation removal and re-insulating costs if material tests positive for their product. That's a big deal. Would recommend AEC services without hesitation.

They got back to me a few days later saying it was indeed the hard drive and while Blue Frog didn't have the expertise to get data off a corrupt hard drive, they were sending it to partners of theirs that could. They butchered the chimney work, which rotted and leaked within a year and a half, and offered to repair it. They said they were embarassed, and that they're "better than that". Well they weren't. They came back and re-sided the chimney, but didn't bother to follow the maunfacturers instructions. I emailed them three times asking them if they were going to address this, and they haven't even taken the time to reply. As the President of our Board of Directors, I'm tasked with doing my best to protect everyone's investment. One way I'll do that is by never hiring these guys again.
