When in fact I did not... but he still fixed my blinds free of charge, and it wasn't a small job either. 3.5 hour... yeah... I felt terrible, and he wouldn't take money. These guys ruined my Hunter Douglas blinds. If I could give negative stars, I would. I was scammed…read more They first offered me a discount on blind cleaning in exchange for a positive review on Yelp for a previous upholstery job (cushions); so I wrote a nice review. I regret it. No discount was given. Instead, they changed the initial blind cleaning quote to a higher quote. Not cheap. They were not able to put back one of the blinds properly. One came back with a big spot that was not there before. When I complained, they took it back and did not return it for weeks. I had to chase the owner who ghosted me and did not return my calls. I finally got it back. It was ruined: it doesn't close properly anymore. And now all the blinds that they cleaned are warped. How these guys have a license from Hunter Douglas to clean expensive blinds is beyond me. I reported them to Hunter Douglas. Unfortunately, they said they can't control quality from independent businesses. Big scam. I got taken by these guys and my blinds are ruined.

Dino came and measured, Donna sent me a couple of different proposals as i wasn't sure what i wanted. then i switched the window configuration completely and they said they could accomodate and poor Donna had yet another proposal to send. Gino came out and measured again and went over some specifics. the biggest hurdle we had was my hoa, they took forever as they kept switching property managers. finally got approved Vico applied for the permit and and voila.....i have beautiful windows. the installers were on time, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Donna arranged for the inspection and 2 more representatives were here during that and then removed the window stickers and left me with warranty paperwork and important info and i am tickled pink. i highly recommend hiring Vico Windows, they are a terrific company to work with.

I, on the other hand, had a FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE having my 50-year old windows and doors replaced. Everything was explained in detail perfectly. You can save 3% if you pay cash. But you can also pay via CC if you want your miles/points. The terms were fine (50% order/Balance after installation). The timeline was spot on (10-12 week lead time), permit opened with city, city inspected, permit closed. All was flawless and they do an amazing job of follow up. I have also recommeded them to the other 44 owners in my condo complex who have not already replaced their windows and doors. I cannot believe how quiet it is inside my condo now. I wish I had called them years ago! THANK YOU VICO.

I never even heard of this company until a few nights ago when they did some work where I work. One…read moreof their employees started insulting me and following me while insulting me. I called the office and Denise said she was going to find out what happened and talk to the employee and call me back. She of course never did. I called back and she acted like we never spoke. Then she remembered we spoke but she had not done anything she told me she would do. I asked to speak to the owner and they would not even tell me his name. Denise mentioned what the employee did was not really a big deal and she acted like I was wrong for even complaining about it. I guess if the managers is like this then I am not surprised the employees are the same way. I attached a picture of the kid who was harassing me at 7 pm at night. I was alone with my two little daughters while he did that. I ran the other way and took a picture of him and their truck so I can call later. Little did I know that the office would not care about what happened lol. What a joke this place is. By the way. Floor they did looks as bad as the people who did it.
