I started seeing her when I became overwhelmed after my fillings, done at another practice, began to fall out following my pregnancy. She replaced them and recommended a night guard, which has been a game-changer for my sleep. Although we live farther away from her office, that does not deter me. Her services are outstanding, her work is thorough and impeccable, and she is honest and clear with her suggestions. She is always punctual and caring. I can't think of anything I don't love about her work and personality.

Well Dr. Goitom makes sure her office is the complete opposite of LSOH! I went it with a slight issue and Helen, the hygienist, was great at keeping me calm and explaining everything as went through. Dr. Goitom made sure I felt no pain throughout the process and felt completely comfortable with everything. I am honestly looking forward to going back to them which NEVER happens with me. The office decor is really cute, high tech and they have inspirational quotes in each room which are nice to read while trying to keep yourself busy. For that level of caring and service you now need to go to his office in Greenbelt. Here they have this thing where is your blood pressure is high they will not treat you. I have anxiety normally but certainly for a dental appointment. The last time I was there I had been stressing about that appointment for two weeks. I had been losing sleep. To be told, no your bottom number is 103 and needs to be 99 on an inaccurate wrist cuff and told they would treat me. Over a decade we've spent over 30k there. But no mas. No waiver allowed and they wouldn't make an exception when the bottom number was 100, it had to be 99. If y'all don't thing dental anxiety is a thing. Then I'll go elsewhere.

After being a patient at Peartree Dental since moving to Maryland during Covid, I am incredibly…read moredisappointed in my experience... Initially, I lived & worked nearby, and I started Invisalign a couple years later in 2022. I paid thousands in full upfront. This past year, I moved to be closer to my new job in College Park resulting in a longer commute. I've always received great feedback regarding how my teeth are shifting, but I got trays mixed up towards the end of the summer while traveling, which delayed my schedule. I apologized for this. My work schedule + my job now being an hour away contributed to having to reschedule some appointments (in advance). Due to this, I've observed an attitude from their receptionist. There was an instance where I had an urgent work meeting, and I called in advance to reschedule & the receptionist just passive-aggressively chuckled... I'm not sure if this is the same woman who greets me when I arrive, but the receptionist who does is not friendly. I've had to say something to be greeted, and the interaction is dismissive. For my last visit, I sensed agitation during my appointment, which was disheartening since I've been a patient for so long. This is likely because the practice may want to wrap up my treatment since I've already paid in full & I'm so close to being done. Keep in mind, my deadline to complete Invisalign is 2027, but of course, I'd like to wrap up my treatment before that point. The practice may have gotten impatient due to my work schedule/commute, so I decided to then find another practice near me to transfer my treatment there. After seeing two Invisalign doctors for consultations, I was quoted additional thousands to transfer treatment. I reached out to Peartree to figure out the transfer process. I expressed to the practice via email my concerns & why I was exploring another provider. I expressed that I would ideally like to finish the treatment there, but that I also don't want to sense agitation when scheduling & arriving for visits. I was flat out IGNORED. I followed up with a question regarding how many trays I have left, which I was responded to quickly without acknowledgment of the concerns I expressed in my previous email to him. I responded stating that I will absolutely be changing doctors at this point because of my concerns being dismissed & for the transfer documentation to please be forwarded via email. I received a fast response with the form (again not acknowledging my email with concerns). The fact that I am switching Invisalign providers & will be paying additional thousands out of pocket with a new doctor rather than finishing up at Peartree due to poor customer service (when I'm so close to being done) is unfortunate... But this shows how disappointed I am in my experience at this practice as a long-term patient. It's apparent that the practice handles concerns by simply ignoring them, so they go away... especially, when the patient has already paid. Very unfortunate... I do not recommend.
