I walked into this office in a lot of pain, but was discharged feeling completely different! The therapists devoted their time to ME! I didn't feel like I was left to finish off the PT session on my own. I also loved the app that I downloaded that had my personal at home exercise routine that helped me achieve my goals sooner. Very down to earth, honest, friendly,compassionate and caring. These visits were before surgery. I felt and was able to tolerate my bad knee during treatment but eventually needed a knee scope especially due to a torn meniscus. After surgery (Brian moved on,sorry to see him go) THANK YOU BRIAN. I had Therapist Rebecca S for a few weeks, she was also compassionate, friendly, always smiled likes her work, cares for her patients and was honest and answered any questions I had with dignity. I was sorry to see her move to a different ATI about 1700 miles away, so it would be difficult to continue my treatment with her, I will miss her. Good Luck to you at your new location Rebecca S. So my 3rd and final Therapist /Director was Reena T. Third times a charm right? YES! Reena is phenomenal! Very passionate with her work, enjoys her patients, compassionate and is friendly, always smiles, is funny, answered all my questions and always asked how I was doing. Reena is energetic, knows her stuff and is eager to expose her talent and share with her patients. Although I did not have any therapy with PTA Leslie M, I have had interactions with her and she is wonderful. Wrapping it up (in a polkadot bow) , the staff here at ATI in Grayslake is the "BEST ONE COULD ASK FOR" no matter which therapist you have, they will "WORK U OVER"- (NO PUN INTENDED) to your recovery!
