Let me start by saying Dimitry is very quick, professional and offers excellent lease quotes…read more Here's where it went sideways. 1) Dimitry offers a slightly sketchy credit app portal online- it's incomplete and doesn't ask for all the info 2) he completed incorrectly submitted my credit application so wrong that I was turned down for Nissan credit - he put that I made $30,000 less on the credit app!! 3) Dimitry seems young and I don't believe grasp the relationship with the dealers because the Nissan store we working with would not even call him back 4) More than half of the positive 5 star Yelp reviews on here are by users with only one other review... We ended up with a much nicer Honda CRV EX-L with tier 1 credit rates.

BEWARE of this place! Don't waste your time, money, or…read morenerves dealing with these people at empire Nissan in Bay ridge! They are con artists and basically sabotaged a like NEW vehicle while manipulating a loyal NISSAN customer in to filing a claim and paying them a deductible and scamming insurance money to receive a cut of profits on that aspect also. My wife was sent numerous letters by Nissan regarding a recall on the car and when I came in for my appointment I was told to sign in the car and while signing I was quickly told about a fee associated with turning down repairs needed, which I thought was ridiculous at the time and paid no mind, when considering my reason for being there. Upon returning 30 min later they claimed they couldn't fix the recall and run diagnostic because my wires were chewed up by rodents and when I asked them to show me this so called damage, it was one wire directly on top of the engine directly under the plastic cover that looked like it was perfectly cut or pulled by someone and not chewed. It's impossible for any rodent to fit between the plastic cover and the top of the engine due to the clearance. Then they claimed there was rodent droppings and deb which there wasn't'. Ron showed a random pile of invoices on his desk claiming it was all costumer with the same issue because they started making wires out of SOY. Then he said I should go through insurance and only be responsible for the deductible or pay the dealership $700-800 out of pocket to repair it but then he can't guarantee nothing else is chewed up because they didn't have a chance to look over everything and in-order for them to release the car I would need to cover the diagnostic fee of $228 For the Diagnostic they never completed. They held the car captive until we paid them and said there willing to subtract the diagnostic fee from the $1000 deductible when we returned to drop off and go through insurance. I should've checked all the horrible reviews written about this scam dealership prior to making any appointments.
