I work nearby so I initially began taking my vehicles to integrity mostly due to convenience. Overall my experiences were good but I did have a few negative experiences with a specific gentleman who was the manager at the time. The rest of the staff always seemed friendly and ready to help so I kept going back. Fast forward a couple years and that guy is no longer with the company and the other guy who always went above and beyond for me is now the manager. I've taken multiple vehicles in many times since then and all my experiences have been super positive. Terrible shop. Tried to tell me that 2 front bilstein shocks would cost 500$ for parts alone! Looked up the ones they recommended and a full set of 4 cost 300$. I originally went In for an alignment that they said would cost 170$. The guy at the front said they would wave the diagnosis fee since I was Getting the alignment. They then said they couldn't do the alignment and that they were gonna charge me 220$ for the diagnosis! It was gonna cost more for them to do nothing than doing the alignment I brought it in for! Would highly recommend going anywhere else. These clowns are why people don't trust mechanics. Thank god the manager had a shred of integrity as he "waved" the ridiculous fees they tried to pull on me. Calling themselves integrity auto must be ironic. Integrity Auto IMO is a rare star in highly competive auto repair shop. Despite outsized size of my vehicle that I service here I've always been treated with respect, with more than reasonable prices and even occasionally free repairs such as vacuum leaks in lines. I always tended to go for a smaller shops where person on reception is the one overseeing repairs but this place is changing my approach. I'll be taking all my other cars for repairs here from now on despite 30 minute highway 17 drive. I've never felt that they tried to sell me extra services that i needed, in fact i had to try to find a reason to find service for them to work on when they did host my RV for a long ECU issue. Awful shop. Went for a brake job told me something else totaling like $1,200 was required. No way to break it up because of where the other issue was when they called me they just had to proceed. My car was brought in on Saturday morning so this extended into Monday. I call them Monday around 1pm to find out when my car would be ready. It's ready but they still need to test drive it. Umm okay do you know when I can pick it up because I have a doctors appointment in town at 3. Should be ready by then. Should be or will be because it's a doctors appointment so I can't be late. Should be. Depends if we get a chance to test drive it by then. Wow. I called an Uber to the doctor so that was an additional 50 bucks round trip. These guys are not only sketchy dishonest mechanics but they're dickheads too and couldn't even push up a simple test drive to make things a little easier for a customer. Oh and I mentioned my bad experience with Integrity to a mechanic in town and he said he used to work in SV and Integrity are known for predatory practices. AVOID!!! read more

Took my son's car for repairs and it was in need of many. However, after spending $3,000, the problem with the engine shaking still existed. They towed it back to the shop on them and then told me I needed a new catalytic converter for $3,500. I found that hard to believe so I towed the car to Mac Auto in Watsonville. They diagnosed the shaking problem as excessive oil. Integrity did not drain the oil from the engine, they only added so no telling how much was in there. Mac Auto, a great place by the way, drained the oil and filled the engine with the proper amount, at a fraction of the $3,500 estimate at Integrity, and it runs perfectly now. read more

Broke a part on our car, wouldn't take responsibility, tried to charge my girlfriend an excessive amount to fix their mistake. Adding response to owners comment: She brought her car in for an oil change. Nothing wrong with the TPMS monitor. The tires were rotated and car was road tested, at which time the sensor could be damaged. You can see the picture of the 10/25 work order showing that, Preet. She left and the TPMS Monitor wasn't working. Employees first told her to drive on the freeway to reset the sensor. When that didn't work, they told her to bring it back in to fix. She brought it back and they said they didn't have time to fix it, to come back another time. Today, the story changed to a dead battery on the TPMS sensor. $263.78 to fix including "diagnosis of TPMS light and advise." So, the employees didn't know what was wrong but pretended they did when speaking to my girlfriend on 10/25. And, the owner comments publicly about their work, but leaves out the information that makes them look bad. That's not "integrity." I would not bring the car back to this unreliable mechanic even if they did the work for free. read more

I'm a little confused by the name of this shop, as they seem to lack integrity. I chose this shop because they had a Groupon available for a $70 synthetic oil change. They don't take appointments, it's first come first serve, which is why I brought my car in soon after they opened, at 8:15am. When I arrived I was told it would take around an hour, which was fine with me. I had another appointment at 10am and I figured they'd be done well before then. At 9:15am I asked the person at the front desk where things were at, and they let me know that my car hadn't even been brought back yet and wouldn't be ready until 10:30-10:45am. I understand things come up that can delay service, but what was frustrating was that they waited until I asked what was happening to tell me that the timeframe was going to be double what they had initially told me. I ended up cancelling my appointment at 10am and waited for my car's oil change to happen. They managed to finish it by 10:20am, and let me know that I had a stripped wheel bolt. I asked them how much it would be to replace the bolt, and they quoted me $454. Without even checking online to get a sense of cost, $450 felt like a ripoff for what seemed like a pretty straightforward repair. A quick Google search showed that average cost for labor and replacement parts is $90-200, so this shop is clearly charging WAY more than what's appropriate. I called two tire shops in Santa Cruz and they quoted me $125 and $180, respectively. Additionally, when I got into my car there were little grease/oil splotches on the seats and inside the door. It seems like the technician didn't take his gloves off before getting into the car...pretty amateur, if you ask me. They also didn't put a new decal on the window with the info about when I need to get my next oil change. Lots of inconsistencies and miscommunications across the board. I definitely will never be coming back to this shop, and recommend that anyone looking to get work done look elsewhere! read more

No, the store has integrity in its name, but has no integrity and it's business practices. Do not use this store because they will charge you 100% markup on all parts which is almost theft. I have gone to the shop for repairs in my truck maybe 4 to 5 times over the past two years I've spent almost $10,000 at the shop and they think it's OK to mark up my parts 100%. I never checked before this time I did and it turns out,, they have no integrity. Do not bring your vehicle here unless you want to be ripped off. RESPONSE You are a liar, sir. Plain and simple you are a liar. I brought the truck in on Saturday and he quoted the work for me and because I've done work with you guys in the past I trusted you guys. I've been to your store and done a lot of work 4 to 5 times with no problem this time I checked up on things And it shows you to be expensive. I came to the store to have my windshield wiper reservoir fixed and it turned out. You guys diagnosed a radiator and brakes. I agreed to the price and he said he would try to have it done for me in a day I didn't demand anything, I picked up the truck and it didn't have the windshield wiper reservoir fixed and he told me to come back on Monday and he would fix for free. Great experience as usual. My Chevy Tahoe died on the road due to a fuel pump failure. I had it towed in and it was ready the next day at noon. I was stressing about the cost at first but they managed to find a cheaper part and applied a coupon and got the cost right on my expectation. I did oil changes but was told they would no longer do business with me because of a posting I made online. They could not show me the posting and I did email and messenger them but they never replied. I found the posting and stand by the statements I posted - I would not recommend Integrity for doing any mechanic work for the following: After oil change was told brakes needed work and was quoted $650 - got quote for same work at Larry's down the street for $550 - finally did the work at Mountain Mechanic for $450. Also I took my '79 K5 in for smog. I was told that due to the oversize tires they would need to replace my speedometer and other equipment totaling $1500 for the estimate. I declined and drove to Holiday Smog down on 17th...they let it warm up... tweeked the carb... and it passed. read more
