Had Dylan out when our AC went out. I was immediately turned off by his unprofessional behavior. He made several really questionable jokes that simply weren't funny, including coming into our house after inspecting the system, clasping his hands, and cheerful asking my wife and I "which one of you is better at handling bad news?" Then he proceeded to spin a fear based tale of false information about what was wrong with our system. We were told "the compressor is making terrible noise, and if we don't do something it's going to pop a breaker and cause a fire. This is a real fire hazard." Hogwash. That's precisely the reason one has a breaker. He also advised us the drain line on our evaporator overflow clogged because of not changing the air filter. Hogwash. Then we were advised to change air filters every two weeks. Again, hogwash. Dylan also fed us several other tidbits of hogwash information. Dylan also gave us a scare story of how the compressor was "pulling 21 amps" when the max should be 19.6. This was "evidence" that the compressor was "dangerous." Needless to say, by now my BS meter is registering 100%. So we sent Dylan home and called the office again and they sent a different tech - Billy. Now, Billy was professional and competent. It was easy to tell that he knew what he was talking about and his customer relationship skills were excellent. I asked Billy questions about the information Dylan had given us. Billy's answers did not agree with Dylan's at all. Not even close. On the issue of compressor amperage, the compressor peaked at 21 amps when starting, but settled to below 17 after starting up. This is not abnormal and Dylan had totally misrepresented the condition of the compressor. Dylan also told us the capacitor was bad, but then I saw the capacitance readings were normal for myself on Billy's meter. Furthermore, Billy determined that Dylan was entirely wrong about the issue with the system in the first place. It wasn't even the compressor that was making the horrible noise. The compressor was fine. It was the fan motor making the noise. So, Billy replaced the fan, the system began working, and we were fixed up. Management, you need to sit Mr. Dylan down and have a very serious talk with him, because not only has his BS cost you a customer, but it also got this posted on Yelp for the world to see. Our system is an R22 system and does need to be replaced, but I doubt that we'll be buying it here. I'm sure this company does some good but the terrible experience we had with Dylan has turned us off on them. The biggest turn off was when I asked Dylan if he often worked until 6:30 PM. He said "I do because I'm the only person at the company who really understands HVAC systems. So I'm often the late guy. But that's ok. Because they pay me more than anybody else." Really. He actually said that! Sorry, but I'll go elsewhere. I don't want to chance Dylan being sent to my house again. And to the manager who reads this, I promise I'm not making this up. Go ask Billy. We told most of this to him when he was here. You guys need more Billy's. But you had best get rid of your Dylan's. Because either this kid is absolutely clueless, or else he is a BS artist deluxe. Either way, he is not contributing to the success of your business. read more

This company came to do an inspection of my brand new carrier system. They did the inspection and wrote a full report. I paid $10k all said and done. A few years later I am selling my home and an inspection was performed. The inspection report noted items that were not installed properly and one item thar was not up to code. I was told by the Service Manager that the work that I have my documentation for was never done and they didn't have an documentation so they would not come to fix the issues they failed to fix and one issue they actually caused. I had to hire another company so I could close on my home. The repairs cost $1k. I have located all the documents and sent them to the General manager of the company. He now refuses to take my calls and handle the situation. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and I will be filing a complaint. read more

I've had to call these service providers three or four times, always on a weekend or a holiday (our AC seems to know when to quit) and not only do they answer they have people to come out and make repairs!!! Every time they have been out they have diagnosed and repaired the problem. They have not tried to up-sell or scare you about a problem. About everything you could ask for in a service provider. We actually use them instead of filing a home warranty claim. read more

We had a great experience with a couple the technicians that came to the house to diagnose the problem with our furnace and do the repairs. We were told of the definite problem and other potential issue with the furnace which would have been fairly costly should we had all of the work done. Although not thrilled with the potential repairs and cost they were extremely reasonable. When it came time for the repairs and our parts came in from the warehouse they found out it was only the minor problem and not as costly as we thought it may be. In short they were honest and only fixed what was wrong even though they knew we were willing to spend 3 times what they charged. It's nice to know there are honest folks out there that will fix just your problem and nothing more. I highly recommend Integrity. Thanks! read more

These guys are wonderful. I've had issues in the past with AC companies, I'd recommend these guys to anyone. Our AC went out on a 101 degree day and they were at my door within 45 minutes at 11PM. Had it fixed in 30 minutes. Use these guys! read more

I would not recommend them. Every time they came out seemed like a sales call and not the maintenance call that I paid for. The last time they came out the guy turned off the gas in the attic after telling us we needed about $400 in repairs or it may just stop working and he just happened to have to have the parts in his truck. We told him no thank you we where on a time limit. Next day we woke to a freezing house. We called a different company to come out and he informed us our gas was turned off in the attic. . The story gets messer but has since been resolved, not to what level I would expect but resolved nonetheless. read more

Talk about full service.... I live in Phoenix Arizona, and had my AC go out early Saturday morning on Labor Day weekend. The guy came out and verified my blower pump was toast. He said he could fix it, but the part wouldn't be available until Tuesday. I lamented the situation on Social Media, and Chris, the GM of Integrity Comfort Solutions contacted me. Within minutes, he sourced the part in Phoenix, and my HVAC guy was able to get the part and install it. If they can do this kind of work 1200 miles away, I'm sure they can work wonders in the Houston Area. Thanks, again Chris! read more

A/C on the fritz early Sunday morning!!! Called Integrity and they had someone out within 2 or 3 hours!! Having done some A/C work in the past I watched the tech, Huy, work. Very thorough! Bad capacitor! Replaced it, washed coils and checked entire system! I was impressed!! Have them doing our twice a year maintenance!! read more

Not at all happy...I have an annual contract with this company for inspections....They came out on June 7, Invoice says May 30th! Was suppose to order warranty items and I paid up front for labor. This company has been fantastic in helping me with my AC issues. James came out and checked to see why my AC wasn't cooling. He helped me realize that my AC unit wasn't big enough for my house (the builders must've opted for the cheaper option). After that James came back out to help double check that the system was working properly and was always available when I had questions. Top notch service - highly recommend. read more

Unless the previous reviewers are somehow associated with this company or its employees, I cannot, for the life of me, imagine why they would give a favorable review. My experience was totally different. For running a water hose over a frozen pipe until it thawed I was charged $175.00. The so-called technician repaired nothing. Soon after, I had another service company out. They found the real issue AND repaired it for less than $100.00. Integrity? I don't think so. In speaking with several neighbors since then, I have found that they ALL had experiences similar to mine. The most expensive A/C company in our area, even when they get it right. read more
