Took my 7 year old daughter here to get a few filling along with another procedure. At first the…read morestaff seemed nice. The issue started when they started to numb the area in my daughter's mouth. They said it would only numb that one tooth and that it wouldn't hurt her. Well that was a complete lie! It took them over 4 min trying to numb that area while the doctor constantly kept saying almost done, lil pressure, etc. I had to tell them to stop as my daughter was crying in pain and she has a HIGH level of pain tolerance! I have no clue how much longer it would have taken them to numb 1 tooth if I had not stopped them. On the way out, Chris (aka Christina or Christie, not sure) was extremely rude. I wasn't even talking to her as the other lady was helping me but she decided to say "well dad wasn't being helpful in there". I was blown away by how rude she was when she wasn't even the one helping me. They ended up charging me $102 for nitrous oxide. I would not recommend this place to anyone and Dr. Panos needs to sharpen her clinical skills and people skills. Very disappointed that my daughter was under her care!! On the website, if I recall correctly, recommends after their first tooth. My daughter, who is very shy, did not mind this appointment at all. They knew exactly what and how to get her to open her mouth. She is also a cleft palate/lip baby who had plenty of people inside her mouth so she hates it with a capital "H". However, she did fine here. They were very patient with her and give amazing care. They had a little foam pad for her to lay down in while I held her lower half/feet. And they had upside down TVs playing to distract kids during their appointment. Overall, my daughter seemed to have love her appointment here and I am glad I found a location near home (and not in the city especially since that is here her cleft team is).

Amazing experience! My daughter and I have been here numerous times and have always walked away…read morehaving a pleasant experience. We had a very traumatic first encounter with a previous dentist that left my daughter so fearful of even opening her mouth at the dentist. It would take at least 30 minutes of coaxing to even allow anyone to take a peek at her teeth after that incident. We were referred to Glen Ellyn Pediatrics by another provider after my daughter's cavities started worsening. We had been seeing Dr. Koh who was gentle, patient and just an all around great provider since we started coming to the office. Since my daughter was 4, we were using conservative measures in order to preserve her teeth with the cavities. We were hoping she would become more accustomed with the dentist visits to the point that eventually we would get her teeth pulled without it being so traumatic . One night she woke up crying in pain due to her tooth hurting. I called the office the next morning and they were able to fit her in within a couple hours. We saw Dr. Lambert who was very knowledgeable, had a great bedside manner and he was very patient with my daughter. He didn't seem rushed and he answered all my questions. I knew it was time to get her tooth pulled and set up a the procedure in 1 week. Due to covid, the schedule was bombarded with everyone trying to get in for their visits since the office had been closed for months. Before leaving, the office staff told me to call if anything came up and sure enough about 1-2 days later my daughter couldn't take the pain anymore. I called the office after hours and they were so wonderful and genuinely concerned. They set up the procedure to have her tooth pulled the next day. I was so anxious about the procedure but thankfully everyone went smoothly. They used oral versed and my daughter responded to it very well. She wasn't fearful one bit about the procedure and she doesn't even remember a lot about what went on. She even told me that it didn't hurt when they pulled her tooth. When I asked her if she wanted to go back to the dentist she cheerfully responded "yes"! I can't thank Dr. Lambert, Dr. Koh, Mallory and all the other office staff enough for the wonderful and kind service & help that they have shown to not only my daughter but to the rest of my family as well. I trust the staff fully and I recommend this clinic 100%!
