I had a great experience with this company that I wanted to share. We recently relocated to Arizona and moved into a newly remodeled home, that although looked beautiful, was still filled with construction dust. I've had an annoying cough that I knew was just irritation in my throat while my husband insisted I see a Doctor. Instead, I asked him to try investing in cleaning our air ducts first because I knew it was dust related. The Integrity Duct Team were able to came out right away because they had a cancellation. They were in and out in under two hours and were very professional and courteous. We also got a HEPA filter and an iRobot floor cleaner from Amazon. BTW- We got the most highly rated version which is also the cheapest, it's called Eufy. We named her Rosie and run her daily. The amount of dust and dirt she finds is astounding -both because she does her job so well but also it's scary to think 2 people with no pets can create that much dirt & dust -but it mostly comes in from the air outside. This was two weeks ago and I have not coughed since! If you are on the fence, this is your sign to hire this company. Their fees are reasonable and it's worth every penny of the investment. I have received many sales pitches, and very few become reality. However, this company is one of the few that did everything they said they would do and the work was exceptional. First I had the duct cleaning service performed on my home, followed by the AeroSeal. Integrity Duct Cleaning arranged the times so they were one day followed by the next, making everyone's job easier. Even the AeroSeal team stated they liked the work because they never lost a register screw. The duct cleaning team reset the screws into the holes after they took off the registers so they did not get lost. The people that came were clean, professional and nice. They did a thorough job. The before/after pictures taken show the duct cleaning; and after the AeroSeal was finished, and the A/C was turned back on, I can already tell the difference between the amount of cool air from my A/C coming out of my vents from this morning before the Aeroseal, and this afternoon, after the job was completed. When I called, I loved that I spoke with the owner and he explained everything thoroughly. When the 3 gentlemen he employs showed up, they were just an hour later than we expected, which happened to fall just before my husband had a conference call. They were respectful and quiet, working on the opposite side of the house during his call. Per our square footage, they were in our home for about 3 hours. My asthma had been the motivating factor in getting our vents in our new-to-us house cleaned, after living here for a year. Integrity Duct Cleaning did seem to do a decent job at performing the task of cleaning out my dryer vent. They did come prepared and executed the job. However, there were three younger men that came to perform the job and at least one of them loudly used inappropriate foul language on two occasions and unfortunately it was not only loud enough for me to hear but also loud enough for my 6 year old daughter to hear. It felt like a violation to have that kind of language used in my house and I had to talk to my daughter after the incident as she was upset. I did address the issue with the lead person on the job and I called their management team and was offered an apology, which I did appreciate. To be clear and fair, this review is more about the lack of professional conduct and the use of unacceptable language at a private residence. I called Integrity Duct Cleaning another company just didn't show up or call, and I'm glad I used them. They were quick to schedule me even though it was coming up on the thanksgiving holiday. I received the name of the person coming out and a 2 hour time window. That was followed up with a text with the same info. On the day of the cleaning and the gave me the time they were on the way. They were professional and explained the cleaning process and the large vacuum that the use. They got it cleaned out and put everything back in place. Three clean cut, fresh scrubbed, nice guys arrived right on the dot of the appointed time and worked diligently for 3 solid hours on our air duct and dryer vents. They covered everything that they felt dust might fall on, and then vacuumed and mopped our vents. The end result is amazing! The vents look brand new! Both men were very polite and informative. Doug seemed like a nice guy at first. Scheduled and agreed to an air duct cleaning last Friday. Doug called and asked if I could reschedule for Saturday because he had a bigger job offer. I agreed. However some overtime became available for Saturday and I took it. I asked him if we could reschedule for Monday but again the same story about his big clients and he couldn't squeeze me in on Monday. I had a dryer vent problem, and after calling around, I decided to use Integrity. Doug was communicative, professional, reasonably priced, and did excellent work! I had to move appointments on him a couple of times, but he was very flexible and accommodating. After about half an hour or work, he had removed more than a plastic bag full of dryer lint that got stuck in my vent, along with some branches and leaves. Well, I'm really impressed by this company. My mom was recently diagnosed with COPD and I wanted to improve the quality of the air in our home if I could. When I called, I got Doug on the phone who gave me a quote and walked me through the process. He was really friendly and transparent. Not a whiff of shady sales practices. He told me everything that was offered and available and gave me all of those prices in advance Should I want any add on services. He made it clear that they wouldn't come to the site then try to upsell me in the moment by telling me I needed some thing else, he was good to his word. On the day of the duct cleaning a team of three guys arrived, all in uniforms and all with masks on. This was clearly a professional company and they looked like it. These three young guys were all super polite with smiles and happy to answer questions. I had previously searched companies on Groupon who simply do the suctioning part, but after digging into the reviews and checking out the Better Business Bureau I discovered a lot of those companies were shady, and I feel so much better that I went with a company that inspired confidence every step of the way and treated me with kindness. Sometimes you have workers that are careless with your home, track dirt in, don't care if they leave doors open, and don't clean up after themselves. Not these guys. When they saw me sweeping the kitchen one of them ran in and said oh please don't worry about that, we're going to take care of it! They left the place very clean and there was no trace of the massive amount of dust and grime left from the vents. This air duct cleaning company gives a competitive price for a full mop and scrub clean that doesn't just vacuum out your ducts (that's what those super cheap options do, just attach a vacuum for a while & walk away) but Integrity actually actually washes them. They provide before and after pictures, the ones I'm attaching are of my actual vent. It was a rental before and as you can see it was pretty disgusting. I'd recommend these guys to anyone. As it was I had to wait to weeks for my appointment which was fine I get a confirmation text the night before to confirm 8am to 12pm window which I confirm only to be woken up at 7 am the morning of the appointment to be told they are short staffed in my area and need to reschedule at least another month out completely unprofessional if you know you don't have the staf why schedule and confirm appointment. very disappointed read more

I rarely post a review, but when a service is exceptional, I feel very obligated to do so. Being asthmatic, I'm very affected by dust, dander, and many cleaning products and aerosols. As a homeowner, who is very careful about keeping a clean and well maintained home, I have used many different duct cleaning companies over the years. Having no way to inspect the job, I pay the serviceman when he says he's finished -about 90 minutes after arriving. This spring, my lungs were especially troublesome. I knew it was time to have the ducts cleaned. I called INTEGRITY DUCT CLEANING from a mailer that I saved. The owner Doug spoke to me and my husband for quite a while answering all our questions. He elaborated on each and every detail of his service. I stressed my health concerns and asked just how his serviceman would approach our job. We're now nearly 20 minutes into this initial contact, and price had not yet been discussed! The job description that Doug outlined was so detailed my husband and I set the appointment for the cleaning. Then we asked his fee. A little backwards I know- After we hung up, I received an email with EVERY detail that we discussed as to "personnel masking, Sanitizing hands, covering areas of house, diligence to not kick up dust while cleaning, working around a nervous dog". On appointment day 10 am the door bell rings and there were 3 immaculate looking men. Daniel, crew leader, introduced himself and his men, and began the setup for the duct cleaning. Before and after photos were taken to show us the condition of the ducts as the work was in process. After the cleaning, the ducts were sanitized. The grills were carefully replaced. The men, vacuumed the floors and cleaned surfaces where some debris escaped their machines Part of the job was to also clean our clothes dryer vents. It was almost 3pm when they said they were finished. 5 hours x 3 men!!! Epic really. (Our home is only 2200 sq ft) We couldn't believe the thorough job that was just completed. Yes, this review is long- it's commensurate with the detail of the service. Would I recommend INTEGRITY- you bet I would. And of course, I plan to call them again for the next duct cleaning service. I called Integrity last week to fix or reinstall my dryer hose vent. My dryer is in my garage and I noticed my garage was full of lint all over. I was thinking perhaps the hose connection had a hole in it and needed to be replaced. I would've paid whatever they charged to rectify this problem! Brian suggested I could do it myself. I'm elderly and wouldn't have called them if I could do that. He told me he would send someone out Saturday. He then texted me to ask if I could reschedule to Friday instead. I said yes! Nobody showed up and I received no phone call. So I figured they would be over Saturday. Again nobody showed up. I texted him Monday and he said the tech tried to call me Friday. Untrue. I texted Monday to give this company another chance and he rescheduled me for Wednesday, today between 1:30 - 3:00. I was happy. AGAIN by 4:00 I heard from NOBODY!! My frail husband helped me reconnect the dryer vent hose and cleaned up the dust. My husband is in poor health. I wouldn't have hired this company if I didn't need their help. This is NOT A COMPANY OF INTEGRITY AT ALL!! Watch out for this company. If they don't like your review, they then try to take zero responsibility for what they have done wrong and then cut down your character after they harass you! The worst customer service!!
