Just had ducts cleaned and after being in our home for 8yrs we were concerned the ducts might be dirty. They were great at communicating and scheduling and showing up on time. Upon arriving the employees got to work. They were not going to wear shoe covers until I asked them to do so. They had a bucket of water to clean the vents with I'm assuming. It must have splashed out a couple times as our carpets were wet enough that my wife's sock had to be changed. She ended up shampooing the carpets in those areas. I was shown some photos of the before and after. The ducts weren't that dirty after all. Was it worth the $655 for our single level home? The jury is out I guess. This is a service where I guess you don't notice it, but gives you peace of mind. I recommend you get a ladder, remove your duct, put your phone up inside a couple of them and take a look yourself to see if you think the service would be worth it or not. They reinstalled a vent off center from its normal position. Overall I'd say they are a trustworthy business, just could tie up a couple loose ends and become great. read more

I had been concerned about my home ducting after getting new AC unit last December, and was referred to Integrity Duct Cleaning. I am so very happy that their team was professional, easy to schedule the cleaning. Then when their team came out at scheduled time, their staff were on-time, friendly and clear on what work was being done. In addition to getting the ducting cleaned out, they took photos before and after of inside the ducts showing how what they were able to tackle made a huge difference to clean up all my house ducting. Their billing was discussed before the scheduled appointment and payment was easily online, did not need to present a credit card to the rep on site.....although the team was very trustworthy. Great service and a super friendly crew! I called Integrity last week to schedule duct cleaning, they were very professional and walked us through their process including telling us about some of the additional services they offer. We scheduled duct and dryer vent cleaning for the following week. Zach and another gentleman (unfortunately I didn't catch his name) arrived a little early after calling to see if that was ok. After they'd suited up, I walked them through the house to show them all the vents and they were immediately off to the races. First they tackled the dryer vent, including going onto the roof to make sure the entire length of the vent got cleared. After that they moved on to the AC vents and had completed all the work in about 2 hours. When they'd finished they left it cleaner than they'd found it. read more

We have lived in our house for 19 years, and it is 26 years old in total. We decided it was time to get the ducts cleaned as there was dust accumulating on the registers and surrounding drywall and the filters are usually pretty dirty when I change them. Don't you love living in AZ? This company arrived on time and first took all the registers off and cleaned them. Then they used a vacuum brush to clean all the way into the ducts. Finally they repeated this with a wet mop brush, again, all the way into the ducts. Very thorough and the team was professional and friendly. They gave me some before and after pictures inside the ducts and the dust is gone, looks like brand new. In our case it was time to finally clean the ducts but I don't believe people in AZ need to do this very often. It depends on your house and situation, but if you do decide to clean your ducts, this is an excellent company to consider. read more

It was a "No Brainer" after talking with Doug that this was the company I wanted to do the job. He sent me a crew of 4 guys who immediately got to work. These gentleman were professional, polite and efficient! They even vacuumed my whole house when they were finished! They pointed out areas of concern before they started (I'm moving into my new home and still finding hidden treasures), which I was grateful for, they tried to see if they could fix it but, I'll have to call an HVAC technician. Our house is just over 20 years old, and we've never had the ducts cleaned before. Integrity Duct Cleaning was able to schedule an appointment within a week of our call, and they were accommodating to our schedule. Their servicemen were clean cut, friendly, professional young guys who knew their business. They were on time, courteous, and careful as they went about their work. In addition to our AC duct work, they cleaned out the dryer vent as part of their process. The Mop & Scrub process they use is more effective at really getting the ducts clean than the "Stir Up & Suck" process used by most other companies. We're confident that our newly cleaned duct work will cut back on dust and allergens being spread around the house, and that our AC performance will improve. Doug, the owner, went above and beyond in getting me worked into their schedule that day, knowing I had been having dryer issues for several days. Since I haven't cleaned my dryer vent or Air duct vent it cost me a little bit more but overall all it was worth it.

I had problems with the dryer not getting clothes dry. Had this company come out to clean the vent. He quoted me a price for the job. The vent had major problems and took him over two hours to get the job done. Only charged me the quoted price. Great company and I recommend Integrity duct cleaning service. I have just recently completely remolded a house. I had a service clean my air ducts, they did a good job, however we still had to much dust coming out of our vents. When Integrity opened the vents i could see that the ducts were a gray color. unlike my previous cleaner integrity wet moped the air ducts. when finished the air ducts looked like they were brand new. I had a great experience dealing with Integrity Duct Cleaning. The owner (Doug S.) was very patient and thorough going over his process in cleaning air ducts and dryer vents. He had great communication skills and responded quicking to questions on yelp and phone calls. Doug team (2 individuals) came to my house and were polite and respectful. They did a great job cleaning my air ducts and dryer vent. They took pictures and showed me what my vents looked like before and after and even showed me the pile of lent that was in my dryer vent. I got to say they did a great job cleaning my vent covers. I will use this company again for my vent dryer ( once a year) and air ducts ( 6 to 7 year).
