I talked with them and decided to try a transmission fluid replacement since it might be low (no way to check, only from underneath) and was certainly tired after 150k miles. They had me completed in about an hour and checked many other items on the vehicle, which was greatly appreciated. We made to LV and back with no further issues, although I do plan on getting transmission checked by a shop back here in NOCO. Highly recommend Brandon and his team, honest guys that treat the customer very well. If I lived in GJ, I would use these guys on a regular basis. Plus, they were open on a Sunday!

A few months go by and the thermostat that they replaced failed. I contacted them to discuss this issue, but the car was now in the metro Denver area and not near Grand Junction. I had no choice, but to take to car to a local shop (1 .6 miles from my house) as the vehicle was leaking antifreeze profusely and overheating; There was no way for the car to make the 4 hour trip to Grand Junction. I discussed this with Scott's when this occurred initially and the Service Consultant was unaware of any process to follow for warranty other than to bring the vehicle back to their shop. After getting the thermostat replaced by the local shop I followed up with Scott's and after multiple emails and phone calls to discuss their warranty, I was now informed of their process. With this new story, there was no way to rewind what had already been repaired by the local shop. I submitted a copy of the invoice and asked for credit for the repair to be used at their shop in the future and was told that wasn't going to happen. I asked for a manager to call me to discuss this further and have yet to receive a call back after multiple calls and emails. Scott's: I understand that parts fail, but what I can't understand is how you let your customer service fail.

I kept going back to Jeff automotive time after time because I thought they were doing Good for me, but I found out in the end after I went to big old tires that they were not, Big o tires gave me a free inspection and told me what was wrong they did not charge $ 60 just to look at my vehicle. ( I hate that) Jeffs auto charges you $60 just to drive your car up the street to test drive. So unethically. I had my power steering done at Jeff auto March 2022. ($394.70) It's now failing. I also had my control arms and suspension and cv joints done in June of 2024 ($1574.80) and they're now failing. I also had my brakes completely done October of 2024 ($844.67) they're failing. I spent over $3020 and I took it to them the other day. I told them it was shaking and my power steering was leaking and they said we're charging you $60 for a diagnostic and would not cover any of the repair.They said none of it is under warranty. I will never go there again or recommend. Don't go here. And they don't care about your safety. Just more money to take from you and have the parts fail

They set me up with an appointment after getting info on my truck and what I wanted repaired. I dealt with Hailey and she was great with her promptness of returning texts and providing me with an estimate. I met Logan the day I dropped the truck off and he showed me around the shop and some of his current projects. Our technician, SMN is what printed on our receipt but that may be her initials, was amazing. They were quick, technically skilled, and courteous. They did our oil change, checked how the car ran, and advised other necessities to make the car run right. It is also really cool to have a non male mechanic!
