Dave unclogged my shower for my old house back in May. We couldn't figure out why it was draining slowly, and neither could a couple of other plumbers. Dave looked at it, and figured out the company that did our previous shower remodel dropped an item down the drain that was causing the slow drainage! He charged us a very fair amount, removed the item, suggested we get in touch with that company that remodeled our shower, and even wrote up his findings to support! I had a different experience with David. After inspection he determined I needed a new faucet, and he suggested the best brand to use. I took his advice, and after ordering and receiving the new faucet he returned to install it. This still did not stop the leakage. When I contacted him and he returned, he inspected the faucet, observed the leakage, but finally admitted that he did not know what to do. Long story short, I had to hire another plumber who (with my help) determined that this faucet was also faulty and needed to be returned to the manufacturer and replaced with another new faucet. Which was done. So, I had to pay another plumber's fee! Contrary to what the other reviewers are saying I do not call this professionalism! read more

I had the David come out once for my garbage disposal and a shower upstairs yes he fixed those but forgot to fix our bath tub and shower head. Caled him out for a second time for shower problem again fixed it one last time but never touched the tub like I had asked. I called him a third time to fix our tub because we cant take baths with out it leaking he came out said he fixed it but left a giant hole in the ceiling under the tub and the caulking he supposedly put on the pipe line was never put on. I had called him multiple times to come back out left messages too so i'm going to have to take matters into my own hands and take it to courts or go to company personally and complain for my money back. horrible service never finishes work. then again he is cheap so pay for what you get. read more

I called Integrity Plumbing and left a voice mail and no more then 5 mins later received one back. He showed on same day and was very punctual. The work was explained in detail every step of the way, he was very friendly and personable. Came over to fix the washer drain but he also fixed/finished installing my utility sink and the only extra cost was the fitting he had in the truck. After both of them he also helped me identify a problem in the bathroom and told me what to watch out for and how to stop it on my own. Dave came out on a moment's notice on a Friday night and saved my weekend. The main line was clogged about forty feet out from the house and Dave snaked it out the full 100 feet to make sure it was all cleared. He replaced a broken hot water faucet on the shower and put on a new toilet seat (the old was cracked) both for free. He's polite, kind and clean! His tools are organized neatly and he cleans up after himself when he's finished working. My dogs didn't even unnerve him. I couldn't be happier! Toilet flushing, shower draining, everything working. Very unprofessional, I stayed home from school to get the issue taken care of and I was given a set time that Dave would be here......that set time came and Dave was nowhere to be found...No courtesy call or anything to let me know he was running late...I ended up having to contact him and he decided he would not be coming out to do the service my landlord requested. I called David at Integrity Plumbing, to evaluate and quote a broken sewer line in my crawlspace. He was available and arrived at my house in a few hours after calling. When he arrived he was very polite and respectful. I told him that a cleanup crew had just left after cleaning and sanatizing the area and that another local plumber had already came and gave me a quote and that I was looking for a second opinon on the damage. (I am a younger homeowner so it seems like contractors like to take advantage of my lack of knowledge in these areas.) He understood my concerns and went striaght to work locating the cause of the leak. He found it right away and quoted my for on the spot repair. He didn't try to sell me on a bunch of other stuff that I didn't need, like a lot of other contractors try to do. His prices were incredible and he worked fast and efficently. We have used Dave many times over the last decade. Always found him to be responsive, knowledgeable and fairly priced. He has repaired piping under the house, installed a water heater, reset toilets, installed garbage disposals and even done work at my parents house. The problems started when he came to repair my water heater thermostst.He has always had Carte Blanche and I always felt that he was fairly priced. Needless to say when my repair came back at over $500 I was surprised. Numerous trips to the store as they weren't sure what parts were needed. I was not home and my wife paid. I let things settle for a few days and called and left a message for Dave to discuss. No return call. Last year on my termite inspection they told me that I had a small minor leak around the toilet and to get it reset. Called Dave as he had just reset that a year or 2 earlier. He stated no that can't be it as I use extra thick wax rings. That's fine. This year inspection. Much bigger leak and now I have to fix the floor from water damage. Called Dave left a nice message. No Return call. Time to find another plumber. Not sure if he has gotten to big for his britches and doesn't have time for previous customers that got him started or what. read more

I had a clogged air gap hose and my dishwasher water was draining in the sink so I decided to call and schedule a service to have it fixed. David said he could come right away and showed up around 30 min later. He was very thorough and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. Not excited about the service, the work done was good, but the plumber that came ended up not hooking up the undersink filter we have because he did not have the appropriate part. I mentioned that we use the filter everyday and that it is important that the filter is hooked up. That was how I started the install. The plumber at the end said someone should be able to stop by and add the filter back into use but he was not able and if it would be ok to not have it hooked up at that time. I of course said it was ok. My bad. I should have bitched and moaned because the result was not exactly as I wanted. My fault for thinking a company would handle the install with class. So for $120 I have a new facet installed. For another $45 I can have my filter installed. Will not use this company again. read more

Dave and Dave just finished replacing a completely rusted through toilet mounting flange. They were on time, very professional and polite. They noticed that the tank on the toilet was loose and the fill valve was worn out. They quickly replaced the valve and tightened down the tank free of charge and no problems. Very friendly and hard working guys. They were able to offer same day service and got that toilet mounted again within an hour! The mounting flange was completely done for and flaky, rusted mess, but they made short, high quality work of it. I recommend these guys. read more

My real estate agent recommended Dave. I called him up and explained I needed a new 40 gallon water heater. He showed up on time and introduced himself and gave me his business card. I thought installing a new heater only took one hour but there is really so much going on. After the heater was put in, he inspected my toilet in the master bedroom which was swaying sideways and leaking a little from the bottom. He took out the toilet and to my surprise there were little tree limbs and junk growing underneath. Yuk! Everything was cleaned out, secured, etc..Next was a minor problem with a hose in the dish washer. After that, he fixed some leaky faucets around the house. Everything he needed for repairs was in his truck. No need to make a trip to Home Depot or Lowe's or any other place. Dave showed up at 10 am and left close to 4 pm.
