I just have to say that Bethanne is the sweetest, coolest, most genuine person. Integrity filed my taxes without my consent. i came in for an estimate and they were very friendly but their fee was way high so i turned them down. I never signed anything and paid cash for the estimate but as soon as i left they filed me anyway. When I found out and called them angrily they then sent the refund check back to IRS saying it was filed fraudulently and now I have to wait several weeks for the IRS to clear up my records before I can re-file. IRS told me this was a very common scam to be filed without permission even though it is illegal they still make their fee which is all they care about. Stay away from this company. read more
