Pablo came on the day we scheduled, did a few tasks here and there with his assistant and promised that he would come back the next day to "finish the rest of the work." I decided to put my trust in Pablo and pay him the full amount $250. The next day, I waited for him to come, but ended up telling me that he had to schedule...Cut to 2 weeks later, and he's rescheduled the "completion of the task" over and over, to the point where I'm not sure what exactly he did in his first day of work. I gave him every opportunity to at least send me a text message giving me an update or a reason on why he's not responding for multiple weeks with a CLEAR answer on what exactly he still needs to complete. Crickets. Long story short, he ended up completely ghosting me for no reason...I'm not an unreasonable person by any means, if you don't want to complete the service, give me a heads up of what you did complete and what was left and I can at least get someone else. Eventually, I just gave up. I had to call TWO other Certified Arborist companies to tell me that Pablo didn't complete his work and there was still significant work to be done. I have a busy schedule, but I recommend you find someone else to complete this this and this." but instead he for some reason just likes pushing things off, not showing up, and ghosting you out of the blue for no reason. Overall, I agree with the comments that Pablo is RUDE and is not good at communicating with CUSTOMERS. He's just simply not Professional in the most bizarre kind of way. Like seriously, does it take so much effort to send a text message to a customer that you didn't complete the task you promised to complete AFTER he's paid? Overall, Pablo is a strange man and I don't recommend his service in any capacity. Go with Beny's Tree Service - they've got a great Certified Arborist at very reasonable rates (and honestly better reviews overall). I have nothing but positive things to say about Beny's and nothing but terrible experience to say about Pablo, who apparently is Board Certified and touts his accolades, even though his professionalism is just not there.
