Do not waste your money there there's a bad vibe in this place. They don't speak English. Well, they use all utensils on pedicure reuse without cleaning and don't like to be told how you like. Your nail shaped left them very sharp on the edges didn't know how to file nail polish chipped right off and left spots unpainted and on my skin. And they talk about you in their language and they laugh. He painted the nail polish so thick on my nails. It wouldn't dry and made me look like I was the crazy one for sitting there longer than I should have to dry them, and then they offered a topcoat after I stood in there an hour and 45 minutes just trying to dry my nails. They didn't even have fans to dry the nails in between each coat he just kept piling on the polish and topcoat one after another and had a very cry face when I got home the polish peeled right off, and the other nails were dented from the polish, not sticking. Very inexperienced and the owner don't care very big place and now I know why it's mostly empty. I do not mean to be prejudice or derogatory towards any race but lately Aldi's nail salons has been giving issues to us Americans that pays their rent. It's hard to find a place without them being upset when I'm paying for something and this is my quality time. You shouldn't be upset. I am giving a balanced rating based on my overall experience here and with the expectation that you should definitely NOT leave a nail salon with a bloody cuticle. I booked a pedicure and it really was easy peasy. No line, no waiting when I arrived. A nice break from my regular spot where, even with an appointment, I may have to wait. I tried this place as I had not planned on heading feet forward on the town with friends and my piggies were in rough shape. The pedicure was nice. Good pressure on the massage. Brand new massage chairs. Pleasant service. Flawless polish. Had I stopped after the pedi? Four stars. Why not five? The muzak... It was bumping hip hop and I go for a pedi to relax and it was... Not relaxing. But then...I figured. Why not get a manicure. Not a dip- just a trim and clean up and clear polish. Okay. The latest trend I've noticed is drills for cuticle clean up. Call me old-fashioned but NO. The odds were not in my favor and one of my cuticles got nicked... And it bled and bled. To the point where I asked for a band aid and skipped the clear polish. I needed a manicure for a wedding in mid September. I booked an appointment through the website for a 20.00 manicure. When I got to the salon, the woman told me I should get a gel manicure. I told her I did not want that as I heard it ruins your nails and is hard to get off. First she seemed fine with that but then again suggested I should go gel. I said okay. She never told me about the 15.00 dollar difference. It is now the end of November and my nails are ruined. The are all broken and brittle. I cannot get the polish off. Now I'm just waiting to get the nails to grow out so I can finally not have chipped nail polish. She tried to talk me into a message to. Watch out for this place. Shady as hell. read more

wonderful Salon they always do a great job. So attentive to the customers they work really hard to make sure that you don't have to spend half your day in the nail salon waiting. I have had a manicure pedicure nail color change and nail color designs multiple times. I had such a great experience today I felt like it was time to get online and leave them a good review. The owners are always there they are so helpful in explaining the services that are available their latest promotions including the loyalty card that I use very often and it saves me some money. Ignorant and rude staff especially Lisa. My sister was confused on services and rather than trying to explain things differently after continued confusion she continuously laughed in her face and spoke to her coworkers in a different language. I am furious with the staffing and how things were handled. After feeling overwhelmed they tried to act as if they were simply just trying to recommend services disregarding the continuous laughter directly at her face. I cannot stress how ignorant, rude and inappropriate this staff was and will NEVER be returning. The manager did come to speak with us, but was not grasping the fact his staff was laughing in her face about her questions and were not helpful. First impression was not good. I got there right at 9:30 when they opened. They asked if I had an appointment and I said no, so they needed permission to do a pedicure and dip. I was the only person there so I thought that was kind of weird and not great for business. They allowed it. They a huge variety of colors to chose from which is great, but instead of having a book the nails are on some spiral stand and it was very hard for me to keep track of the colors. I feel like I would find one I liked but after I looked at all of them I could never find the color I wanted again. The pedicure was nice. I got the milk pedicure which was $55 and came with a 15 min massage. The massage was a little too light for my liking. It just like someone lightly poking at my legs for 15 minutes. Other than that no complaints about the pedicure. The dip manicure was $45 and my fav part was how quickly they took off the dip I came in with. Most places will make you sit with remover on your nails throughout the whole pedicure which I hate. They took my dip off within 10 minutes!! I liked how quickly my nails were done but they feel bumpy and the tips of my nails look white. I chose the color Ice princess which is def not my fav but it's okay I guess. I don't understand why my nails feel bumpy, normally they feel smooth and have a nice glossy look... total time there was 1.5 hours which was nice bc it's usually 2 hours at other places. I go to all different nail salons throughout Warwick, this is not one I would go back to. read more

Called before making an appointment and very specifically asked about pricing. For my pedi, I was told there was regular polish that would match the gel color I picked for my mani. There wasn't. I did not pick anything even remotely fancy for the mani, just 3 solid colors to alternate. I was told it would be extra to have a 3rd nail color. Really?? It was just regular, plain nail polish colors and the 3rd color was used for a whole 1 nail on each hand. Like, were they planning on not using polish to do the mani?? After I told them I would not pay extra to have nail polish in different colors, they moved me to get a pedi which was done in about 14 mins.!! Cuticles barely trimmed, 1 leg somewhat rubbed for a couple minutes, never touched the other leg or either foot for the "massage". Can't stand nail salons that want to charge extra for what you are already paying for and doing a pathetic job on top of it all. Never going back. It was neither a pleasant or relaxing experience at all. read more
