(I have never been told to pay cash) I said no thanks and drove straight to OReillys and an employee offered to take a look at my car, it took him 1 minute to loosen up the bolts and I was able to switch out my plates. I guess Crash Collision is above actually looking at cars to give estimates. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

It never showed up. I had to call a local towing company and set it up myself. Two weeks went by with no update as to the status of my vehicle. Their customer portal said my vehicle was still in the status of "drop off". Finally on Monday of week 3, I called to get a status update. I was told the estimated repairs were approximately $9k. It took several back and forth calls between me, Crash Champions, and my insurance company before the go-ahead was given to order parts. Or so I was told... I called a week later for a status update. Will told me that my vehicle was about to be painted and would be ready be Friday. This seemed highly unlikely to me, given that the online customer portal still had my vehicle status on drop off mode. Friday came and went with no status update from Crash Champions. The following week I called to see if there was a status update. They have now had my vehicle for just shy of a month. Now I was told that my vehicle had been determined to be a total loss by my insurance company. After talking with my insurance company, I learned that Crash Champions had given a revised estimate that they never communicated to me. Fast-forward a few days and I went to collect my things out of my vehicle and to get my license plates. I showed up at Crash Champions and there were three guys sitting at desks with no other customers around. The man who "helped" me couldn't be bothered to take me to my vehicle and asked me if I brought my own screw driver. Really? I have to bring my own screw driver to a body shop full of tools? It's a good thing I did. They couldn't even take my license plates off for me and when I went back there to do it myself, one was missing. Took the guy 15 minutes to find it. I will never use this business again, or recommend them to anyone. They lied to me about the status of my vehicle more than once, their towing service was a joke, and their communication/updates sucked.

To make a long story short, Tires Plus, on 132nd and Maple told me this Ford Escape of my daughter's which I had just spent a bunch of $$ at Tires Plus to put a new AC compressor in and recharge a few weeks ago now needed more work. But, when we tried the AC on warm days and even the day after leaving the place the first time after the repair it was not throwing any cold or even cool air out. When I took it back in, assuming it was under warranty from 3 weeks before, they said it now needed a new evaporator coil. The cost? $1600. I took the car back and took it to Kurt at Acme. He and his mechanics checked out the whole AC system to find out it was only a fuse and now the AC is working great and Acme did that at minimal cost. I will keep bringing my cars to Acme. They quickly made an appointment with me and we went over the issues with my vehicle. They promptly assessed the damage, ordered parts, and fixed my front bumper. They also fixed any cosmetic issues and did an alignment. I'd say my car looks better now than it did before the accident!! They were very friendly and helpful, and always kept in contact with me, updating every step of the way. I was able to pick my car up after hours, which was convenient. I was given an itemized receipt, which showed exactly what they did and what parts were needed. There was a lot of work done but the bill was very reasonable.

My alignment was off, I was unable to open my passenger side door, etc. I left my car there after my insurance company recommending them to do my repairs. Let me just say that it was not 100% their fault. My lien holder decided to take the amount that it would take to fix my car and apply it to my car payment. However, I knew that if we had done repairs through them it would have been a major headache. I'm probably 98% sure that they inflated the cost to repair our vehicle. So my lien holder probably saw right through that. Also, we were never even offered a rental vehicle through them, we ended up having to use Enterprise, and they were amazing. Baxter Auto Body could probably learn a thing or two from them. A MONTH LATER, we finally went to get our vehicle back. The windshield wiper was off of the vehicle, they left chalk writing permanently stained on our door handles, our gas was lower than when we brought it in and they told us that it would cost us about $100 to fix these things... seriously? How shady can you be? I will NEVER bring my car here again for repairs. Take your car anywhere else.

Upon coming to pick up my vehicle, my card declined due to my daily limit being exceeded. I tried communicating my options being that my drive to get there was extremely long, the receptionist was very patient and understanding but Steve kept interjecting and yelling from his back office instead of coming to address his customer. Once he finally stepped out of his office - he began trying to belittle me and go back and forth over an issue that was out of my control. What's even worse is that my child was with me witnessing everything. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone! I am a customer who had $5k worth of damage.
