I appreciate that they work within my budget as a tenant at the property. Pretty soon, they are going to replace a couple of our older cameras, and they also updated our wiring and replaced our DVR and secured all of our components to make them much harder to tamper with. They've also been there to help us when we needed to pull up footage after a few unfortunate incidents. We were also provided with excellent signage to let folks know they are on camera 24/7. Minor complaint: The current setup doesn't allow me to view footage on my laptop or desktop since I'm on a Mac, but I am able to view on my iPhone. Hopefully there will be a fix for that in the future; pretty sure that's on the software manufacturer, not Varitec. Most of their jobs are much larger in scale than my small business requires, so I appreciate that they still support my small business and keep it safe.
