We switched Internet service from Xfinity to T-Mobile Internet in October 2024. We were promised a…read more$220 Visa gift card which was never received. Early January, my husband called and they said it was on its way. Unfortunately, my husband passed away a few days later. We never did receive the gift card. I called T-Mobile to find out what was going on and they told me I'm not authorized for them to help me. I tried to get online with T-Mobile but they want to verify that the person online is my husband by sending a text to his phone which has been disabled due to his death. I'm not sure if the $200 promotion is a scam since we should have gotten that back in October and never did. I'm switching carriers since T-Mobile is a rip-off.

My mother, 63 years old, is the nicest lady anyone can come across. She came there asking for help…read morewith her phone because she thought it was "broken." the screen was not working correctly. She kept getting pushed off, and they told her to wait when there was no customer around or even busy. They made her wait for 1 HOUR! Until a manager came by and "helped" her. They concluded that the phone was broken..., that she couldn't trade it, and that she needed to buy a new one... I had to drive more than an hour with my wife and baby to help her fix her phone. We didn't get it to work, so we took her to an Apple store. The Apple employee told us in one minute that the phone was NOT broken; all it was was that it was on voice-over mode. Whoever encounters my mother needs to learn how to treat elderly people with some compassion when they ask for help. Shame on you.
