We switched Internet service from Xfinity to T-Mobile Internet in October 2024. We were promised a $220 Visa gift card which was never received. Early January, my husband called and they said it was on its way. Unfortunately, my husband passed away a few days later. We never did receive the gift card. I called T-Mobile to find out what was going on and they told me I'm not authorized for them to help me. I tried to get online with T-Mobile but they want to verify that the person online is my husband by sending a text to his phone which has been disabled due to his death. I'm not sure if the $200 promotion is a scam since we should have gotten that back in October and never did. I'm switching carriers since T-Mobile is a rip-off. read more

I hope the owner can see this review So I was there 2 days ego, they have two heavy set female working like a snail, super slow I think they smoke a lot weed or their body weight didn't allow them to moved fast. Switched to T-Mobile from Verizon after 25 years with Verizon. That was two days ago. I was prompted by terrible service and problems with their software that Verizon couldn't resolve. Service at T-Mobile face-to-face was awful. My husband and I went and left with one of two phones not activated Their online service was unable to solve the problem because apparently the T-Mobile representative had used a wrong Sim card. Had to return to the store to have the problem resolved. Three representatives in store no one apologized there were very few words with the people in the T-Mobile store. read more

Omg Matt My T Mobile Representative ROCKS ! My Galaxy S9 Stopped Connecting to The Internet And Despite Troubleshooting It Was Permanently Damaged ...... Matt Found out that i was still on Warranty and that i would get a new phone by Monday but that would have left me without a phone and i would have lost 3 days of work as i need the phone for my clients as i am a traveling therapist ! This Young Man out of the kindness of his heart let me borrow one of his phones that he had laying around till my new phone came in so i wouldn't lose out on work its not often that people display unselfish acts of kindness What an EXCEPTIONAL human being and Employee T MOBILE is lucky to have this young Man in their employ ! How many times does it take to port one line from Verizon to T -Mobile. I have tried 3 times and was told wait 24 hours and nothing. 3 times. They told me I had to go to Verizon to fix the issue and I did. Verizon said it's them . I still don't have T mobile. Customer service was the worst I have ever come across . Alexis was so helpful when I upgraded my fiancé and I's phones. She made sure we got the best promotion and helped with my information crossing over ! It took us a while but she was so patient with me as I was very tired. A plus service from Alexis, I will definitely be sending people her way! Also Gabriel was super helpful as well! Super good service from the people in there. Very friendly and welcoming and quick about their work. They did everything I asked them to do it and they did it well, especially like replace my screen protector. She did it perfectly. Useless and probably the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Spent about 3 full days in this ridiculous store because of things they were making mistakes on. Wife didn't have data for a full week because they set her phone up wrong (this was after waiting about 45 minutes to even get seen). Went back had to wait again about 45 mins to get an issue corrected that they messed up on. Been in this store at least 3 times and see the same staff. 1 guy working and 1 guy that is essentially useless standing there taking names and numbers telling you how long you have to wait. The workers were polite and nice but I think T-Mobile needs to take a step back and really figure themselves out because the customer service and staffing needs a major improvement. read more

Employees are great! Very down to Earth people. These bad reviews are probably from customers who feel entitled and didn't listen to the employees when they were explained things. Love this location! Tj and Gardy are my favorite guys! The manager Pedro is very accommodating and explains everything in detail. Recommend going here over the chaos in Braintree mall. read more

I have never written a yelp review but this place made me feel it necessary. Friendly and jovial at the outset.....but don't let them fool you they are only after a better commission check. I was told that I was being given two 'free iWatch' lines that would be active for 3 months, I would receive a phone call seeing if I wanted to continue with them as active paying lines but that I would never need to pay for them without my consent. I did not trust this for a moment and called T-Mobile customer support after I left. Complete lie!! After three months these lines automatically convert into a paid line with no notification to the customer. The whole time the 'manager' was talking about how many promotions they had done and how big their commission checks would be...obviously this behavior runs from the top down at this place...avoid at all costs. read more

Read bad reviews didn't believe them, went in anyways and got burned. Unprofessional behavior from making comments regarding my credit score, to having me say my pin allowed, to not even making sure my phone actually worked again before leaving. The sales people were trying to sell their opinions on products versus factual information and one of the sale associates even admitted to not having T-Mobile service. Poor management of handling customer needs. At several points other customers were blown-off because there is no ability for the staff to multi-task or delegate. This also resulted in a line of over three groups by the time we were done. Lastly, small as it is, the music playing was inappropriate for a business setting, glad I didn't bring my kids.
