I was standing next to her for 45 minutes and she didn't think to tell me she didn't receive my email? She also knew what I was printing and when she finally received my images she said "oh I should have told you we can't print this kids game bc it's copyrighted". Which she should have told me at the very beginning so I essentially spent an hour for nobody to tell me that they can't even print my pages She acted rude and like she had better things to do the entire time as well. They almost always have my orders to me the next business day when I use their ground shipping option (It's free when orders are over a certain dollar amount). So far, I've placed 95 orders with them. I can only recall one order where I received the wrong part (which was very similar to the one I ordered). They checked their inventory and found the mistake. I sent back the part and got the correct part the next day. I had no trouble getting help. Their website added photos of the parts and a nicer user interface in the years since I started buying from them. Their prices for more expensive items tend to be less expensive then other vendors. Their prices for less expensive items tend to be more expensive then other vendors, but still pretty close most of the time. The ease of use of their website covers the cost that I would otherwise deal with spending time navigating and buying parts through other websites. I've always had a pleasant experience buying through them. I've also emailed them for parts not listed on their website and they often are able to help get me unusual parts, which they seem to add to their website after I order them by email, which saves me time when I go to order those same unusual parts from them again in the future. We called to have someone come out to rectify the issue. Eric was very rude, and basically denied their technician replaced the cartridge simply because it wasn't bought from them. The technician jammed the toner cartridge in and now they refuse to come out and fix the issue they created unless we pay them for a service call. Do not do business with these people. They will damage your property and then charge you to come back out to fix it.!!!!!! Steer clear of them.

They have almost everything I need for the office, and I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. During my most recent visit, I was looking for a Canon magenta ink cartridge for $14.99. However, the store only had the XL version available for $33.99. The physical size is the same, just that the XL contains more ink. A staff member who was assisting customers in the store approached me and asked if I needed help. I explained the situation to him and asked whether there were any promotions available. He suggested that I ask the cashier to match the web price. I recognized the cashier, a tall man with long hair whom I have seen several times before, and he is always nice and kind. He honored the web price, which was $24.99 instead of $33.99! I also asked him about their ink cartridge recycling program, and he patiently answered all of my questions. If you are signed up for the Office Depot Rewards program, you can earn $2 in rewards for each recycled ink or toner cartridge, up to 10 cartridges per month, after you make a $10 qualifying purchase that month. I have learned online that they have offered this program since 2003!  I immediately recycled 10 ink cartridges that I had brought with me, earning $20 in rewards that would add to my account in 24 hours, which I have 60 days to use. Many of the stores in Deerbrook Mall seem fairly quiet these days. I hope this Office Depot location is here to stay.

It's on the other side of Jewel and don't drive illegally down the one way thoroughfare past Panera as Some people are wont to do. Office Depot is expecting you. They have posters with the QR codes to the self-serve printers so it is somewhat down to a science. You will email your doc to the printer, and you'll enter the code that is emailed back to you. You'll have to swipe your credit card. It's not exactly intuitive, but if I can figure it out with a time crunch (the DMV gave me a limited time I could return back to my appointment), then I'm confident most people can.
