Fran at the printer department is so rude. Always in a bad mood. Was handed paper and was told "you can do it yourself" in a harsh manner. This is the 6th time I've came here to get printing done. Every time I've came she's the same rude person. Definitely should be fired!!! No customer or human should be spoken to the way she spoke to me!!! read more

I had baby shower invites printed here. After I picked them up, I noticed the print was lighter than I thought it was going to be. I spoke with Fran. Lack of inventory for basic office tools at multiple Office Max/Depot stores makes shopping here an act of futility.

I went in and I was looking for something specific. I've bought this item from this location before but when I went in today I couldn't find it. So I asked for help finding it and the employee just told me they had it. I couldn't find it and he wouldn't help me. They close today at 6:00 pm but the employees were preparing to close at 4:30 pm. I felt incredibly disrespected and I don't plan on shopping here anymore. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, this store doesn't have what you need. read more

If I had an option to go somewhere else I would have. It seems like there is no communication between the people that work the printing area. Every time I have come here for a order pick up they can't find it. I end up waiting at least 15 minutes if not more for them to find it. I was being helped by a gentleman who looked everywhere for my order, but couldn't find it. The person that had helped my husband earlier was on break. I asked to speak with the manager and it turned out that the manager was the gentleman that was helping me. It took another person to find it. Went into this store for Business cards advertised on website same day service. After first 5 minutes dealing JOHN the manager I can see he didn't enjoy his job and after 1 hour in the store he couldn't help me print a simple Business card. I asked the other worker Tommy to assist him twice because I can see John has no clue what he is doing. I have written only 2 reviews in my life but I will say that this store has a bunch of bozos working there. I am local and was trying to support instead of online I tried in store. I have been a customer for many years same location but will never visit again. Called customer service and got nothing so far. Take your business somewhere who appreciates it. My company deals with a lot of office Max and I travel mostly all of North suburbs. This place The 1st time they printed out a banner for me, it was horrible. Super Pixelized and everything, you could not even make out the brand or logo and they try to make me pay for it. Yea ok I went to the one in gurney and they did it perfectly fine. Today I need a to foam boards done so I give them another shot and stressed how much I need it to be laminated next thing you know it's matte and the same lady who was helping me lied to my face and said "You didn't say laminated" I said it several times actually. Every single poster board I have made has to be laminated. And I don't want to go back to get it laminated that's why are you always stress please have it laminated. I'm going to the one in gurney from now on they never mess up and I'm sure if they did they would own it apologize and redo it read more

What a terrible store. Dirty. Rude employees. Rude management. I will never shop here again. I bought a laptop that was a display and severely clearanced, the manager on duty was not happy my boyfriend asked him to hold it for us because he wanted it for himself. When I got out to my car, they didn't give me the charging cable. I had to jump through hoops to get the right cord sent to me. When I got the package, they got my address wrong. And as it turns out, it wasn't even the right cord! It was for an HP And I have a Toshiba. How difficult is it to get something simple right? No wonder you guys are losing business. The store never seems to have anything that you need looks extremely picked over and very depleted of supplies. Several empty and vacant racks that make you feel like they can't afford to stock the shelves. Store Needs help with staffing and cleanliness. Very sad in there. read more

This store and employees are so rude! Very dirty and no help! I actually kept asking questions to the service person and I said you actually aren't helping me! He said WOW!! Really you weren't helping me at all!! You don't have the product in the shelf! He wanted me to drive to Vernon hills to get the product! I said I didn't want to can you shop it over here and no he can't and no not getting more product at this time we are going thru a remodel. We actually bought a better printer to print at home because the print shop was so crappy!
