I can not speak more highly of IMAC Designs! Charles and his team were absolutely wonderful! I was redoing my kitchen and we decided to go with quartzite. We needed someone that knew how to cut quartzite. Many places we were referred did not like working with quartzite. I also asked friends for recommendations and many companies they used they were not happy with. I had to do my own research. I came across IMAC designs and called for a quote. Charles was super knowledgeable and was able to give me a quote right over the phone. After speaking and meeting Charles we did go with IMAC. We ended up purchasing our quartzite in July of 2021 and had it delivered straight to his shop. We were hoping to have our kitchen done by the holidays, but our cabinets of course were delayed. Charles and I stayed in communication throughout and he was always so easy going and never made me feel uncomfortable. The kitchen took way longer than ever expected and we did not have the counters installed until April of 2022. Charles was so patient with all the delays and could not thank him enough. I am a very hands on person when it comes to picking things out for my home. His team came out and made the stencil. They were very knowledgeable of where to place the cuts so there were less seams in the quartzite. When it was time to have the counters installed, Charles allowed us to come down and pick which slabs we wanted to go where. I wanted to make sure every piece was perfect and Charles was very patient with me going back and forth on the slabs. He is just very easy going. The day of install his guys came out and I was shocked how well he had fabricated the counters. We wanted thicker counters and our slabs were only 2cm. He doubled them up and you could barely see the seams where they had fabricated them together. It looked as though we had purchased those slabs that thick. We then ran the slabs up the backsplash also behind the hood. His team were able to perfectly align the seams with the hood. They also became artist and mixed the caulk to almost match the counters perfectly to fill in the seams we did have. They were perfectionist with everything. Overall, Charles and his crew are an amazing team. I am so thankful that I came across his website and decided to go with him. There was not one hiccup or issue. Every time I called, he answered and was so patient. Thank you Charles for making this experience such a positive one. One last note, my kitchen contractor who does this for a living said he was extremely impressed with how well he did. My contractor said he would be referring IMAC to new clients because the ones they use did not compare to Charles' work. Charles was a God send! I recently bought a house in Royal Palm Beach and was switching out the bathroom vanities. I had someone measure the double vanity but the measurement was slightly off from the purchase I ordered. My handy man was able to slide the cabinet into to place but the marble countertop was slightly oversized and needed to be cut on both sides. I called several places and they left me hanging - stranded I went to Yelp and found IMAC - Charles was great! Good price and great customer service! I am SO pleased with the workmanship and the customer service at Imac Design, I have already re-hired them for a smaller project and moving forward, this will be my go-to company for any stone fabrication and installation. The brother and sister owners are friendly and accomodating and they provide a level of personal service that is hard to come by these days. Their prices are very competitive. So much so, that I was bracing myself for "you get what you pay for" quality. In fact, with Imac design, you get way more than what you pay for. Their fabricators and installers are top notch. They arrive on time and keep the job site clean. The lamination seam is virtually invisible and the seams on the countertop were kept to a minimum and even then, seam placement was discussed with me prior to cutting the material. I really appreciate these thoughtful details. I have already recommended them to friends and family so if you are looking into stone work, make sure to check with them first. Please do not use this company!!!! They ruined our counter. The quartzite we chose has a distinctly directional pattern. They cut 3/4 of the counter with the pattern going one direction and the last quarter (which was a seemed piece) they cut with the pattern going the opposite direction. It looks terrible!!! When we contacted the owner to let him know about the issue, he said there was nothing they could do and offered us a $200 discount (It was a $3400 job); which is a complete joke. Completely unprofessional and very poor quality work. One star is being generous!!! read more

Your offer of old customers' remnants is meaningless. I wanted only my stone for which I had diligently searched. You ruined it and refused to replace it. And your installer was slick with his cover up. The stone is not unusually absorbent as you suggest - another fabricator I went to for subsequent work had NO problem with it. Btw you never advised me against using this stone ...not a peep in that regard. Why would you? After all, it's an immediate job and payment. Let's face it, the good vendor isn't the one who never makes a mistake. He's the one who's there for you when he does. You, sir, left me in the lurch. read more
