However over the last year or so I have noticed that their price quotes have gotten to be expensive, generally higher than their competitors. They also rarely pick up their office phone or call back if a message is left. For these reasons I have stopped getting my vehicles repaired here. read more

Visited them for the first time today for a routine oil change, Frank saw that my brake pads were worn down (I'd been meaning to get them fixed for awhile) and since I was going out of town that night he repaired them on the same day! Frank and Tony are great! I found them when I moved to Norwalk in 2014, really as a first time car owner after living in Boston for a decade without one. I came to them with a hand-me-down 1999 Accord with 280,000 miles on it, not knowing much about cars at all. Obviously it needed some TLC to make it to 300k, which was my goal. Interlagos did just that - took good care of my car and helped me keep it going. They're friendly, competent, and transparent. They explain to me what is causing the problem and are realistic about what really needs to be fixed and when. (chain oil change places tried to sell me on various things; Frank and Tony told me the real deal.) They stand by their work and have a warranty, so if a repair doesn't hold they will correct it with no charge - however I never needed to get anything re-repaired. They'd hop in the car with me for a test ride as I tried to explain a noise, and are generally nice, friendly guys you can have a laugh with. I moved back to the Boston area in 2016, but my Accord eventually did make it to 304,000 miles before I ultimately donated it. Thanks guys! read more

Very professional and easy to work with. They installed a window regulator for me and referred me to another shop that had the right tool to pull the OBD I code. But more than anything, they managed to diagnose and fix the persistent oil leak issue that eluded others for more than a year. I would lose a quart of oil every 2000 miles. Then it got worse after my last oil change. I lost a quart in less than 1000 miles. Frank at Interlagos showed me the engine valve cover gasket was not sealed right and the exact spot the oil was coming out. A cheap spare part later, another oil change, and 1000 miles later, I just checked my dipstick, it is still FULL. Thank God. I don't have to have a carry a quart of oil in my car anymore just in case. read more
