One time one of my brake calipers lost a bolt, I called to see what I could do about it. First impressions mean a lot and this place did not disappoint! On my way home from work I started hearing a noise under the car I got out to see a piece of plastic hanging down underneath so I called a couple of shock that were on my GPS in the area. After calling one other place and being told that they were leaving soon and they didn't have time to take a look to see if my car was safe for driving I called here. The man who answered the phone who I believe to be the owner was extremely nice and told me that if I could get in by 5 o'clock then he would have his guys take a look and they could fix it if it was something quick and easy that day. Keep in mind it was already 4:30. I got right off the highway and he greeted me and had a mechanic put it up on the lift. He was very nice and was a no BS kind of guy which is a pretty hard thing to find especially as a woman getting her car fixed - I don't need to hear about all the things that I don't really need done on my car just to upsell me. They removed the piece (at no charge for their time) and said it would be fine to drive as I had a trip to Philadelphia the following day. I will definitely be returning to this shop to get a more permanent repair done on the issue! read more

Living In Norwalk my whole life I decided to give these guys a try. My S4 was diagnosed by Audi and supposedly needed a ton of work. Fast forward, dropped off the car..Got a call that it was no where near as bad as Audi said. Parts ordered, job complete and she runs perfect! So your saying yeah big deal, dealerships do that all the time. Yes, I understand that but this is why I thought I would share my experience. Times are tough, they could have just told me I needed more than I actually did. How would I have known? The fact that they were honest, and didn't over sell me is the point! There aren't to many people who are truly honest now a days. You can tell these guys really are trustworthy, and for that they should be recognized. Usually people only leave reviews when something goes wrong, but in a time where we could all use a little guidance so that we don't get taken advantage of, if your in need of a excellent mechanic for your super expensive foreign car..Well, this is your place. I brought my VW Passat to have the window mechanism fixed on my drivers side window. The window fell into the door. I've had the same problem fixed twice before without incident at another shop with other windows. Well when I got my car back both my side mirrors no longer work, they wouldn't move at all or fold up. The lock knob in the door that usually went into door when car is locked now sticks up all the time whether the door is locked or not. The window was not put back in the car correctly, when the window is down part of the glass sticks up. I went back the next day told them about my mirrors. I was told it would cost me X amount for them to fix my mirrors after they're the one's that broke them! So let's just say I got incredible BAD service and it will be a cold day in hell before I return. Thank God I didn't bring my Audi to them! read more

Went there to service my car BMW 325i 2006 on 01/03/2017 for issues with coolant. BMW dealer quoted high for the repair and hence took to this shop. They diagnosed and suggested to change the radiator, top hose. Halo lamp on the passenger side was blown out which I initially denied to replace as the cost was high. Later agreed to change that as well as the owner called and said that I just need to pay only for the bulb and don't have to pay labor as they already have removed all the parts for radiator replacement and can change the lamp. After the service, I see condensation in the same headlight. Additionally, new error "Adaptive head light failure" is also showing for the same light. When I went back to ask about this, Owner argued for some time that it might not have caused due to their repairs but later said that he will check. After the car was taken inside, One of the Mechanic was very rude and without even checking anything he said that I was there to get something for free and asked to get out of the shop and drove my car out of the workshop and did not even looked into my car. I did mention about the condensation soon I got the car after the service and the same Mechanic did mention that he did not see any condensation when he changed the halo lamp inside the workshop and must have happened after the service when it was parked outside in rain. But the car has always been parked outside and is never under any cover for years now and even the night before (01/02/2017) the service, it was in rain all night long and it was raining when I left the car at their workshop and there was never a condensation. Interestingly, another Mechanic said that I told him that I took the car to BMW dealer for the head light, which I am pretty sure I never said that, which they think the problem must have always been there !!. If the condensation was always there, why did the other Mechanic said that he did not see any condensation when he changed the halo lamp!!!. Surprisingly, from the maintenance log, Only thing I have ever done at this workshop is changing the headlights, once on 04/22/2013, second time on 11/17/2015 and 3rd time now on 01/03/2017. So, if they claim someone else might have damaged this while working on the headlights, then it must be only them as they are the only ones who have worked on the headlights ever!. Something clearly went wrong during the service and they are not ready to accept it. I would have been okay if they have acknowledged that something might have gone wrong while service but instead, they have been very rude. I will be pursuing this legally and let's see what happens. Although, it is nice to get this done at these kind of shops to save some money. But with this experience, it is better to shell out little bit more and get it done at the dealer. That way, any issues like this, you can always hold dealer responsible and they should fix it if they have messed it up. read more
