We pulled in flustered, stressed, and totally unprepared... and were immediately met with kindness, calm, and total professionalism. Even though their schedule was packed (they told us appointments usually take days to book!), they took one look at our situation and said, "We've got you." They admitted us right then and there. While we waited, they even gave us recommendations on how to kill time -- we ended up at the local mall, which was way nicer than expected and gave us a much-needed breather. A few hours later -- way earlier than we expected -- they called to let us know the car was ready. And get this: they even offered to come pick us up from the mall. Above and beyond doesn't even begin to cover it. The car is running perfectly now, but the real takeaway from this experience was the people. Honest, empathetic, good-hearted humans who had every reason to turn us away -- but didn't. They stepped up, and we'll never forget it. We drove the rest of the way to Boston with full hearts. The techs do not have the experience or knowledge of classic Chevy V8 engines nor the replacement parts regarding repairing them. The customer service is excellent. My check engine light came on and needed the code checked. Brandon accommodated me and they were able to check it as soon as I came. He could tell I was quite worried. He took time to listen, he was very reassuring and compassionate. I was told by another shop that I needed my wipes and all tires replaced. He told me my wipes are working fine and 2 of my tires are still good. I really appreciated his honesty. He also offered to drive me to back to work which was close to the shop. He made everything super easy and less stressful. This was the best experience I've ever had at an auto repair shop. I highly recommend this place! read more

I called a few times yesterday and today and got a recoding that said we are busy call back don't leave a message. Please ask about price for an oil change before you go. I was $83 for an oil change. They are very friendly and helpful. However I had other options that were more affordable, had I taken the moment to ask about the charge. Wow! I am still dumbfounded at the price Now it is about a month later and my car says that the oil needs to be changed. I call the place and they say I have to take the car back they didn't update the sensor. 80 and then some dollars and they couldn't update the sensor, now I have to take time out of my day to get the sensor updated? read more

Great shop. I spoke with Vinny. He checked if my a/c just needed a charge. It wasn't that. No charge for the diagnostic. Then we made an appt to have it fixed the following week, dropped it off in the morning, compressor needed to be replaced, done by 2PM. Price was also reasonable. I made an appointment for 3pm, left work early and got there on time, however was told that they would not service my car because there wasn't enough time in the day. I told the owner that this was the time they scheduled and he just pointed at his ear saying that he misunderstood and that I need to reschedule. I get nervous when I have to go to mechanics - however I brought my car to have a check engine light looked at. They were very prompt and told me what the code meant and that sometimes that code came on by accident. They turned off my check engine light and said if it came back on that it was still fine to drive but should be eventually fixed. Very nice group of people working at Accurate! read more

I had a bad experience with this shop. I took my car in for regular tire alignment and when I'm driving out of the shop into East Ave... my back tire falls off! They had not bolted one of my back tires at all and my car fell flat on the road. To make matters worse, there was a fire truck that couldn't pass because of my car being left in the middle of the road. This type of quality control is unacceptable and it could have really turned out far worse for me than it did. After complaining they offered me one free oil change, but they are never touching my car again. read more
