*****Out of state buyers beware******** I really do not know…read morewhere to start here but lets start with I purchased a Cadillac CTS V and took position of the vehicle on 7/14/26. Lets start with the issues from this date 1st test drive with the car straight off transporter the transmission was shifting very harsh and was Shuddering throughout the whole test drive. I was scared to shit that I was sold a car with a bad transmission. 2nd issue during the drive was car felt very wobbly in the back and as soon as I hit any uneven road car felt like it wanted to loose control. 3rd issue with the car was the radio. The radio plays for 2 to 3 minutes at a time and the whole system reboots or freezes. 4th issue with the car was coolant was empty on both tanks. Oil change was not done and car was at 75% oil life when it reached me. These are the main issues and I will not go into the amount of body and interior damage that was not told to me upfront after asking multiple times to please let me know every and any imperfections so I can know up front and decide if this is the car for me as this is a speciality car and should be in the best condition possible especially at the price I paid. I have spoken with Jb at the dealer immediately following all this but of course it was pushed over to the sales Manager and from the sales manager I was pushed to service manager who never reached out to figure out my issues. My brand new car has been at a certified Cadillac repair shop since the 1st week I received the car and have yet to get it back. Here is what I know so far The dealer did Zero service to the car and was not looked over at all. I looked over the original photos of the car for sale and from the photos of the hood open you can see that there was no coolant in the tanks. The car had old oil and a old oil filter which means a oil change was not done. Everyone knows if these 2 things were not done and looked over what makes you think they did anything else. The vehicle was also put on a lift and to my surprise the Right rear control arm was bent , the 2 rear tires were mount backwards as the outside was blatantly says INSIDE and they mounted it outside. Car was completely out of alignment as well. I have alignment spec sheets to provide for proof. The transmission on this car had a tsb which the dealer advised they knew about it and should be done but as you can see they did not. I had the service done and GUESS what it is better but did not fix the problem 100% and now I have to put a torque converter on a car I have yet to put 200 miles. The radio needed a brand new radio module called a HMI that needed to be programmed to the car. Long story short this dealer got me pretty good and held the lube while they were at it. I have not heard from them in a few weeks and not one person has reached out to see how is it going and if I got my car back. Any honest and respectful dealer would have made right by this already and checked in with me. My hopes is that this dealer makes right by me and if that is the case I will be more then happy to adjust my review. If not I will be unfortunately taking legal action. I have provided to the dealer proof of all and if anybody else needs proof please just reach out to me and I will provide. I have 100% proof of everything stated here

I have been a member for 28 years, and somewhere along the way NFCU forgot who they actually serve…read more NFCU no longer operates like a credit union... they have now taken on the role of being just another bank. The system may call us member, but to the employees... we are just another customer. NFCU is no longer exclusive... where being a member is what is expected. NAVY FEDERAL... not Armed Forces. I digress... as I stated 28 years, and because of a check deposited (based on my knowledge) from a legit business, I have not been able to use mobile deposit in 4 years. I jumped through EVERY hoop that was put in front of me, and still cannot. So, now this is just another complaint added to the many about NFCU especially when it comes to non-White member (I SAID IT). NFCU can keep the $5 that keeps the account open. I will do business with American Express Credit Union... who also offer better rates all around. People, take this seriously, or NFCU will continue acting like BOA, Wells, and Chase... instead of being the credit union we thought they were. Oh, and I feel this must be said... nothing is more condescending when writing a review than getting a "cookie cutter" response to the issue being stated. If NFCU, genuinely gave a shit about their "members", 1) These complaints wouldn't be her and 2) They would actually provide a real genuine apology and for those that matter a legitimate contact number to personnel capable of resolving the issue. No one, and I mean NO ONE submitting a negative reviews cares about NFCU's social media crap... especially as a response. This is business and people's lives being affected. I am so mad at the review responses that I just turned 2 star to a 1 star.

Bought a car here, and dealt with an "Adam". The car was online for weeks as I looked into other…read morecars, my own car had been unexpectedly totaled, and I needed something cheap right away. When I went in Adam kept repeating himself asking how he was going to get paid. He had goons come over there to check me out under the guise they were getting ready to go to auction. Adam did not want to give me the master key but instead another extra key. I don't know if he's keeping master keys to go back and steal the cars and resell them while you are sleeping, which is illegal, but he never wanted to give up the key. He was very weird and had a nasty attitude. He had a genie rug and sat on that and started praying while I was there, maybe due to his religion, but I felt uneasy. He would not let me test drive the car, and threatened to go up on the price if I didn't buy it that very day. I only went there because my insurance company had them on their list of prospective sellers, which I don't know why because this was one weird cat. Adam kept going on and on being defensive as if I was trying to steal the car. I ended up buying the car because I was desperate, at the time. In the meantime, it was a good price for the car, but the car had a lot of issues some in which I noticed after I bought the car: -Front/Rear brakes/rotors -leaking oil from the engine -loose gas cap -front bender not on all the way -all tires blew out within weeks of each other -air conditioning went out after a few months of ownership, and I only turned the AC on two or three times before that -door handle cover fell off -battery died -slow to gain traction when going up slight inclines....and counting He gets these cars from auction, does not take care of them and suspects you of trying to steal from him. The man has issues. I suggest to go to another dealer, I will not purchase from them again. They are very weird over there!

**DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY SHOPPING HERE **…read more Bought a car 22 days.ago, and drove it less than 200 miles total. After purchasing the car, we drove it home and it began to make a rattling noise when accelerating. The rattling noise went away, and then came the whining noise upon acceleration the remainder of the way home. 42 miles total. When stopping the car, there was a burnt smell coming from under the hood. Did a little digging and found the cold air intake was not secured to the car, and the vent cap broken off. No big deal, right... WRONG! Fast forward approximately 2.5 weeks, we finally had time to dig a little deeper and work on the car. Upon further inspection, we found a regular screw on cap that look like it came off a gallon jug of oil, pushed on the Brake Master Cylinder, a bad battery, the TPS light will not shut off (even after new tires were put on), hard shifting when put in gear, and other misc issues. Car sat in the garage for the entire time, before taking it to have new tires put on, and finding the right parts to fix most of the small issues. Gave my daughter the keys to drive it to school Monday. On her way home, the car started making another noise, the Check engine light came on, and the car began to smoke when she stopped, with the burning smell yet again. Ran the scanner on it, and got a code indicating the solenoid valve for the transmission was bad. Pulled the dipstick for the transmission, and it smelled burnt indicating the transmission was bad. After calling three transmission shops, they all stated that the transmission is on its last leg and will most likely need to be replaced, BUT they don't want to work on them because it's such a pain in the butt to do, and it might not even fix the problem. I wanted to give the dealer a chance to rectify the situation. So I went to google to read the negative reviews from others to see what the dealer had told others to do. The dealer responded back to customers stating that we needed to call and talk to Simon, and they would make it right. (See other Reviews) Now I know purchasing a used car is a risk, and things happen, but when i called the dealer to see what we could do to rectify the issue... I was told there was nothing they could do, and that we're stuck with a xxx car that is undrivable. So much for rectifying the situation... Now my daughter has no car to get back and forth, were out $5600 after all the taxes & fees, and I have another yard ornament to sit in the pasture. So now we're going to be out another $5000 to repair the transmission on top of the $5000 we already paid for the car IF I can even find somebody who wants to mess with it. Thanks for nothing... Save your money and go somewhere else before you get had by these crooks like we did.

I have since driven the truck 25,000 miles over the course of a year and it's great. The entire time was nothing but lies, broken promises, and complete lack of professionalism. I was constantly told "it'll be ready tomorrow" or "I'll call you back," but no one ever followed through. I had to chase them for updates, and when I finally gave up on Diego's excuses and started dealing with Hassan, the story was still the same delay after delay. I would never recommend Dallas Motors to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
