Terrible, just terrible experience with these people. I showed up and drove a 2020 Nissan Rogue. Every single ad they have online says "clean title, no accidents" well I get in the car and the dashboard lights up like a CHRISTMAS TREE!!!! COLLISION WARNING, TRACTION CONTROL, CHECK ENGINE LIGHT, STEERING WHEEL HAD TO BE POINTED 45 DEGREES TO THE RIGHT TO DRIVE STRAIGHT THE ALIGNMENT WAS SO BAD. This "dealership" signed this off and was advertising this car as completely clean and sound!! DO NOT EVER EVEN COME HERE TO TEST DRIVE ANYTHING EVER. I purchased a vehicle from International Auto Sales under the impression that it had a clean title, as stated in the listing. After the purchase, I discovered through a Carfax report that the car had previously been declared a total loss by an insurance company -- a detail that was never disclosed to me. When I reached out, I was told they use Experian AutoCheck, which did not show this history. However, this does not excuse the lack of transparency about the car's history. A total loss status, is something any buyer deserves to know up front. I'm currently trying to resolve the issue directly with the dealership, but I felt it was important to share my experience so that others can make informed decisions. I purchased a car from them in October 2022. They had a 2016 Chevy Traverse that I was interested in because it was the lowest price and I needed a car. At the time I was so desperate, I had no problem with trading in the vehicle I had because it had been vandalized. Neither here nor there, I wanted to test drive the car, they would not allow that. I guess because they knew something was wrong with it, but I was so desperate I just went with it. Well on my drive home, it had a lot of sputtering as though the traction was off. I called them to tell them about it so they had me go to their repair shop to have them look at it. Because the check engine light was not on, they found nothing wrong. So me, coming from Fort Worth, that was a wasted gas trip like I'm rich or something. Anyway, the car was still doing the same thing and every other week I was trying to make my way there to get them to check it out. They said it was still under warranty however, I had no gas to get back out there. I am disabled and on disability which is why I appreciated the fact they tried to help me with getting a car however, I was being robbed at the same time. I got tired of going back and forth to the shop and had an emergency funeral that I had to attend. So I decided to drive the car out of town rather than renting since this seemed to be a descent enough car to drive. When I got to my destination, which was an 8 hour drive, the transmission went out on the car. Luckily I had barely made it there but I did. The supposed warranty on the car did not cover what was wrong and after repeated attempts of trying to get this car repaired before all of this happened, they knew something was wrong but never tried to look into it. Mr. H, says unless the check engine light is on, we are not going to search anything on this car. So as the car was stuck in the state I was in, I had it towed to the chevy dealership who would know what was wrong. Come to find out the radiator lines got inside the transmission which is what was causing it to slip and they never made any attempts to check into it further. so now I am not only out of a vehicle, I have them on my credit report. I also had to rent a car to get back home. I will tell you, if they never let you test drive a car, dont get one from them. As far as the amount, day one, have enough money to go and get a thorough diagnostic test so you can tell them whats wrong. Remember that you have 3 days to return the vehicle and wont be charged. Thats always in the fine print. NEVER GO TO THIS LOT...Con artists!!!! read more

They fail to tell you the status about the title and most of the vehicles they sell are salvage. They will mislead you and tell you it doesn't matter. They post clear title on different websites such as cars.com, car gurus etc., and say they have no control over those ads, which is untrue. They must supply the information to these websites or they would not be on there. On their website, they fail to disclose title issues and do not divulge the issues unless you do your own research and confront them. If you are able to finance the vehicle because someone did not see it, you will lose substantial money on resale and may not be able to insure, once your carrier discovers it is a salvage. Wonder why it is such a good deal, it's not. Take your money to someone that will not deceive you. read more

Worst experience I've ever had and I didn't even visit the dealers location. They listed a vehicle on Cars.com. I emailed for availability through the cars.com site. Val replies 2 days later with what appeared to be an automated response without verifying they had the vehicle. Went back and forth on email but would never verify my question. Wanted my phone number each time. I stated that if the vehicle was available I would provide my number, his reply was "ok Karen". So I looked them up and called, and Val answered the phone again being rude. Not the customer service one would expect and not a dealer I would trust to invest in a vehicle though. read more

This is by far the worse car buying experience i've ever had. 5 years ago i was a teen ager, i made the decision to sell my Cadillac and came here to buy a new used vehicle. They new i had the cash ignorantly i've told them i had just aold my car. They didt think twice about brain washing me in to a dead end deal. Long story short they told me if i will guve them a big down payment they will lower my monthly payment and it will go to principal 100% it took me two weeks to realize they only added the down payment to the total price . I end up paying 26,000 for a 4,000 car with 26% interest. And when i co fronted them they made up a bs story and they sold my account to a financial institution the very next day. 5 years later and still paying for that mistake. After viewing a 2012 Mercedes C250 online on 05/28/16, I decided to visit International Auto Sales with intent to purchase it. Alex, a salesman, assisted me and was extremely helpful assuring me that the scratches, worn out tires and side markers on the car would be repaired should I purchase the vehicle. Later a member of staff at the dealership would go back on the agreement I had made with the salesman Alex to fix the tires, scratches etc upon purchase of the car. In addition the dealership was offering extortionately high interest rates despite my good credit score which delayed my purchase. I was then convinced by a member of staff at the dealership to put down a deposit of about $500 to reserve the car for me whilst I shopped around for a better financing option. I returned to the dealership 12 days later 06/07/16, and during that week I had been liaising with the salesman and dealership, reassuring them that I intended to buy the vehicle. As my cosigner had unfortunately backed out at the last minute I decided that to go with the dealership's financing option, and hoped to negotiate a better rate. On 06/07/16 I met with Joe at the dealership, who works in the financing department and provided him with my payslips. Joe and one of the salesmen went into another room and shortly after returned to tell me that the car that I had put down a deposit for had been sold! Not only had they breached our agreement but they were not in the least sense apologetic, and I later saw them laughing at my reaction to the news. I was told my deposit would be returned by Mike, and that was that, they left without an apology. I was left at the table. No member of staff attended to me, asked if I would perhaps consider any further steps - nothing. I left the dealership. Getting my deposit back from this company was the hardest thing to do. I waited 3 business days to check my account, but there was nothing in it. Mike did not deposit my money back and had call several times in regards to getting my money back.They didn't not even know what i was talking about the first time I called, contradicting Mike's comment of receiving my deposit back. I had to call and threaten that they will hear from my lawyers to make them give me my money back. I finally got my deposit back on 06/14/16 after all that hassle. The people at International Auto Sales are extremely unprofessional,highly unethical, and do not keep agreements - irrespective of a down payment I believe they tried to exploit me, as a first time buyer with extortionate interest rates, and their refusal to repair the damages to the car. Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. Drove 40 minutes from Flower Mound twice for a car the dealership knew 4 days in advance I was coming to look at. Was told the day I got in that they loaned it out to someone and that they will have the car back on Monday. So I told them I would be back on Tuesday. We show up Tuesday morning and guess what, they can't get the vehicle back. No communication, no organization, no leadership. Stay away and look for your vehicle elsewhere. Brought in my truck to trade with the check engine light on (misfire in cylinder 7). Told them that Ford had crappy fuel injectors and they never sent out the factory recall notice because it would probably cost Ford too much money to fix them all nationwide. The car I was wanting to buy from them was priced pretty high for its mediocre condition. I was still willing to pay for it at that price, as long as they would just give me what I currently owed on my truck so I came out even (which would have been a great deal for them because I owed way less than it's real value). That wasn't good enough, they still wanted more from me, way more. International Auto Sales said that it would cost at least $1,600 dollars to fix my truck, so either they would depreciate my truck $1,600 BELOW ROUGH TRADE-IN VALUE (not even close to a rough trade-in) or add $1,600 to the cost of the vehicle I wanted to buy. I respectfully declined. A few days later my dad helped me put that infamous $1,600 fuel injector (yeah right) in cylinder 7 which cleared my check engine light. Afterwards I took my vehicle to El Dorado Chevrolet in McKinney where I had a much more pleasant experience and was given a realistic price for my trade in. Saturday afternoon I bought a car from international auto sales I loved the car. Saturday evening the key would not open the door. I was worried. I called the owner of international auto sales. In two minutes he returned my call. When I explained the problem he told me he would send two men to me to open the door and evaluate the problem. He did they told that they would have the broken part replaced. International auto sales did so. I found them very honorable and honest to deal with. I've held my tongue way to long. Bare with me this is a long one!!! I'm annoyed that I couldn't choose 0 stars. The whole experience with them was ridiculous. While I was there looking at the car and taking pictures of it for insurance the owner (weird guy) walks by and says oh you're so beautiful, if you didn't have a long drive I would take you out to lunch I didn't realize it was the owner until a little while later! I purchased a 2020 Nissan that I thought was a good running car when I test drove it drove well no lights on was smooth driving. I live 5 hours away and when I made it home and put the car in reverse I could tell there was something off, the car would shake a bit . I thought it was just the road or something, then my husband points it out. Mind you they did NOT DISCLOSE ANYTHING WAS WRONG WITTH THE VEHICLE WHATSOEVER! So I'm thinking it's something simple and I have a manufacturer's warranty for 60,000 miles and the car is only at 12,000, so I take it to my local Nissan shop for a diagnostic come to find out THE WHOLE SUBFRAME WAS BENT AND PUSHING I TO THE TRANSMISSION, and the grill shutter was missing! This Would be a $3,000 job with my local Nissan and NOT COVERED UNDER ANY WARRANTY! I had to pay 200$ just for the diagnostic and to get the car back!! So I'm pretty shocked and call the dealership like wtf! He says oh ya the kid, I say kid because this guy looked very young, that did the sale says he told you something was wrong with it! Who in their right mind mind is going to pay THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS 5 hours away from home for a car that had issues!! Not fucking me!! But here I am like a dummy! So right there I knew they were shady af! Also a side note when I was driving home I was at a stop light and I look to my right and I see a lady yelling at this guy who I also saw at the dealership as one of the salesmen and she's yelling and pointing at her broken down car! I should have known what kind of dealership I was dealing with! So after bitching at these dudes the owner says you can bring it back to my mechanic and we'll fix the issues at no charge. So now I have to take off work a couple days pay for hotel and Uber to get from the mechanic to the hotel, I set this up and go we get to the dealership after calling the owner who doesn't answer all morning and the mechanic says oh no I can't do this in the time the owner told you I'll need 2 days for this kind of job! So that was a waste of my time! So now we have to schedule a time with the mechanic for a couple weeks out! We take some more time off work and pay for another hotel for 3 days which wasn't cheap at all! And have to pay for Uber to get back and forth again! We get the car back the guy says it's all fixed, my husband drives it back to the hotel and there is a noise sounds like it has to do with the brakes! The next day is Sunday and the mechanic doesn't answer because they don't work on Sundays the owner doesn't answer, by this time we have to get back home for work and our kids have school, we didn't plan to get a car fixed only for it not to be fixed. Come to find out they didn't replace the grill shutter and didn't do the alignment which is why the steering wheel wasn't straight. I can see if this job was too much for the mechanic to do in 2 days but then say that and be honest with us! We come back home and have to take it to Firestone and have to pay another $190!! The owner says the only thing I can do is either you come back here to my mechanic and we'll fix it AGAIN OR I'll pay half for the first one bill. I've yet to receive any kind of payment or the grill shutter that was to shipped to us so that we can pay to have that put in here locally because I don't have time or money to waste on another trip! Listen if you ever want to take someone's advice Take mine and don't do do business with this dealership!!! read more

Very impressed by VIc our salesman. She made sure we were happy with our purchase. Tariq was very friendly with us. We were able to drive the car off the lot that night, and bring the cash the next day for the car when I was bringing the car back for inspection and new windshield. I have been reading so many negative reviews about them, but I can say 100% that I am very pleased with the car, Tariq, John and Vic. DISHONEST customer service. We blatantly asked the salesman (before driving 1.5 hours) if there was evidence the previous owner smoked in the vehicle. He replied no and that the "only issue" was paint on the seat and sent a picture. Upon arrival, the windows were rolled down airing out the truck and the first thing we saw was a cigarette burn in the passenger seat. There were numerous other cosmetic issues that, had we been informed about, would not have been big issues. This place is shady, ghetto and not worth your time or energy! My daughter and I drove 200 miles to look at a car that was listed on cars.com. There were two problems with the car that was promised would be fixed for the current sales price. When we decided to buy it, they then said they couldn't promise to fix it without adding more money to the cost. Then they wrote a purchase agreement for 11,995 when the car was listed at 13,995. I thought the decrease in price was because they weren't fixing the problems. I left my daughter in Dallas with a friend to go back the next day (when the bank was open) to buy the car, and when she got there, they wouldn't let her have it because of the $2000 difference. It was clearly their fault, and the owner (a big coward) wouldn't call me and discuss their mistake. He had a girl who had no idea what was even going on to do his dirty work for him. Coward, bad business man, liar, whatever else you'd like to call him. If you are thinking about buying a car from here, I strongly discourage it. I will be reporting them to the BBB today! read more

My wife and I went in to look at a couple of cars after a friend of ours told us to go see them.I can tell you right now, this was the most uncomfortable experience we have ever had, and that is especially sad since we were trying to buy a car. We were approached by a young lady who was dressed, in my opinion, unprofessionally and to be honest, trashy. We asked about a few cars and the entire time we were talking she was openly flirting with me and making comments that made both my wife and I uncomfortable. I am sure some younger guys would be okay with this, but we were not. After making it more than obvious to her that my wife did not appreciate her "sales tactics", we chose to leave. We will not go back and bought a car somewhere else. We have also told other friends not to go there. Im sorry but I do not feel like have a female who acts this way towards the customers is acceptable or the way to run a business. I continue to receive text messages for almost 2 months regularly asking me when I was going to come in to look at a vehicle. I asked them to stop texting me, but they continued. Finally I told them I had already purchased another vehicle and asked them to stop contacting me again, this time specifically said please remove me from your calling list with which they responded with asking me where I purchased a vehicle what vehicle I purchased. So I called and spoke to Kai asking him to please remove my number and to not contact me anymore. He was extremely rude and continue to ask what vehicle I purchased and where I purchased it from I told from an individual and what I had purchased. He proceeded to tell me about all of the vehicles he had just got in asking me to come in and take a look at which time I said again please remove my number I'm not going to buy a car from you please stop the harassment. He said the only way they would stop calling me is if I texted them back the word "STOP" I did, so we will see if that works. read more

Don't waste your time with these people! We called and asked about a certain vehicle they had that was listed on multiple sites. We told him it would be at least an hour drive for us and gave him a specific time that we would be there. We get there and he's with another customer but said the truck was up front and we could go look at it. We didn't see it and when he came up he said "oh, maybe it's at the other lot", goes into the office and then another guy comes out. This person asks if we're here to see the truck and then tells us it was sold. I informed him that we had called a couple of hours earlier and told the sales person we were on our way and this jerk says: "uh, two hours ago? Yeah, that's about when it sold". Worst place ever !!! Never again doing busness with this people ! I bought my car in april a week after i purchased the car i started having trouble i took it back to thw dealer and they "fixed it" . A week later was still doing the samething , my husband works out of town and i have a one year old daughter so i had no way of taking it back . A few weeks later i took it back spoke the the owner who said my car had warranty throught the bank and they were going to file the warranty claim. I left the car there , the second week i called to see what was going on with my car they gave me no information and even got mad when i would call to ask the status of my car. 3 weekds passed and still nothing so i called the warranty and no file had been claimed with them . So the next day i called the owner and told him to give me my car back. Thats when he said "your car is ready " . Awful, just awful. I am not one to ever write a bad review about a business, but wow. I have had four different sales reps call me saying all different things. One today saying that I was approved for a car and that I can come get it today. Then the sales manager Rick, saying that that was not the case. But in fact my down payment would have to be 2/3 the car cost. I've never heard of such a thing. The only person to give me a name was Rick. Rick also informed me that he was the ONLY manager, and that I could not talk to anyone else. I would suggest not letting him talk to any costumes from now on. Thank you Rick for making my experience with this dealership so bad. Also thank you for hanging up on me in the very unprofessional way that you did.
