The issue was that you tried to overcharge me a higher price than usual, then told me I was receiving a "deep discount" just because I was booking two cars at once. That inconsistency is where my trust was lost. Additionally, you mentioned that drivers don't like to work as much during the holidays, which honestly didn't make sense to me. I even pointed out at the time that holidays are when drivers typically want to work more because of the increased earnings. That explanation only raised more doubts for me. When I called back to book the cars and you told me that you were fully booked, that's when my trust was completely lost. I understand that businesses have capacity limits, and I respect that availability can be an issue during peak times. However, my frustration this time wasn't about the service quality on previous trips, but about the inconsistent pricing and explanations that didn't add up. The driver knows what time you should leave to be on your flight on time. And the shuttle service didn't forget when we was coming back from our vacation. We have used sunshine shuttle several times. They are always on time, polite and helpful!!! We have had no problems with them at all Most recently we had booked them to pick up a family member from the airport in November. The family member is no longer going to make the trip. I called to cancel the booking. They responded almost immediately and gave me a full refund within minutes. Very good experience with this company. Answered emails quickly. Picked up on time by an excellent driver. On return trip they texted me in advance to confirm pickup from airport. It took longer than expected to get our luggage but there was no complaint. Another group member went with a different shuttle company and they threatened to leave them at the airport if they were not out within 15 minutes. He knew exactly which terminal to drop me off. Pleasant ride. Would recommend and use again if needed. They have always been on time and the experienced drivers, who pick us up in a Toyota minivan, are excellent at navigating into and out of the airport. I was really impressed with Sunshire Shuttle. They were on-time, accommodating and helpful. We (a family of 4) used them for a red-eye flight to Chicago and they came well prepared with car seats for our young boys and even had water to drink. On our return back from Chicago a week later, our flight was delayed and Sunshire again was well prepared, following the status of our flight and was ready when we arrived. They use text messaging well and keep us up to date regarding the trips, time the driver would arrive, and what car to expect. Their prices are lower, but their service is high quality. After reading reviews of other bigger shuttle companies, i tried my luck with Sunshire, glad i did! I booked a ride from claremont to LAX. Our driver, Gao, didn't say much but he was on time and a safe driver, which is probably the most important thing anyways. A ride for 5 people, including luggages cost 116 total (not including tip) and the fare included no other stops, and went straight to the airport. I had Benny as a driver both times. He was friendly, on time and drove safely. They kept track of my flights so they knew when I was departing and arriving. Upon my return the following day as I was unpacking, I realized I had left my headsets in the shuttle van. I figured they were probably long gone by that time but called anyway. I booked a round trip online, from and to LAX, the charge was $99, two days later they tell me they want to charge my credit card another $99 as there was "glitch" in their online system needless to say they wouldn't honor their original round trip price of $99 so they credited my account not willing to negotiate .... shysters! I used Sunshire twice for to/from LAX. On our trip to LAX, the driver arrived 5 minutes early, we loaded the car and were at LAX with no stops. The car and driver were both very good. Their service is much better than other shuttles we have used and are worth a few extra bucks for no additional stops. On our return, our flight arrived 40 minutes early, but the driver was on top of it and we got our bags and were out of LAX before our flight was supposed to land. Best transportation service to ONT Airport ever! Received a text prior to scheduled arrival, right on time. Driver was helpful, informative with reminders of "do you have ID, boarding info, and anything else?" before leaving! The driver was extremely safe and cautious!
