About 3wks ago, I made an appointment to have my Lexus checked out in service. Knowing Toyota & Lexus are the same company, I had to assume this was going to be the best choice. They said yes, we work on Lexus. I told them that the rear hatch was not working all the time, very intermittent. After 1 hour and $206 later, I was told "it works fine, we couldn't get it to act up". NO further ideas or exploration. I called the manager after the hatch not opening the NEXT day. No reply ever. Yesterday, I made the trip to Lexus of Milwaukee, the service person told us he knew exactly what it was. The lift supports/motor had to be replaced. I got a beautiful loaner, picked my car up today and everything is working just fine. A little pricey but it's all good. Bottom line: if you don't know about the make of a car, DON'T make the appointment and take peoples' money. read more

After a year and 5 months, the same issues came back. Went two different auto services and they said it was the crankshaft position sensor. It was replace a year and 5 months ago. The manager said there's a possibility that the technician might've missed something but why I would I go back if I'm just going to get charge again. The headquarter can't even do a thing since it privately own. Unfortunately, I'm stuck to paying more shit that they messed up. Never went back to that this Toyota service.ever since last year on horrible the service is. Negative rating. Don't go here or you'll just keep paying more money to them. read more

The Service managers and Techs are first-rate! Since I have an older (250K) vehicle, I am grateful that they actively look for problems that I haven't noticed or reported; at the same time, I have NEVER felt pressured to have anything done unless it is a safety issue. They treated me more like a family member or friend than a customer (and never as a 'cash cow'). Every experience I've had with this dealership has been positive. read more

Leased a vehicle from them back in 2018. Got a letter from Toyota offering new vehicle when lease is up. Sent two emails to Herman Batteast and Noah Kreis, per the instructions on the letter. No response. Called the dealership, got Adam in sales, he said no problem, send me the info and we'll work on it. No response. Sent two more follow up emails to him. Nothing. I know with Covid its crazy, especially for auto dealers. But it takes literally 10 seconds to send me an email saying something, anything! Reject me, lie to me, do something, but to have this many contact attempts and nothing in return just is bad business. Sorry. read more

Bought a Kia Optima with 23,000 miles on it. Drove it less than 10 times in 4 weeks and the engine locked up and needed to be replaced. Don't trust. Either made a big mistake or trash people. read more

I did not have a bad visit, but the prices for an oil change over $100 is pretty outrageous, especially for a simple suv. Also while sitting in the waiting room, not a single person asked if anyone needed help or was curious about any of the vehicles people were looking at. They were more excited about filling their mouths and bellies with grilled food they cooked for themselves. Completely different than any other dealership i have been too, and if I need another Toyota it will NOT be bought from here. read more

I am revising my review. I gave it a 4 start review on November 10, 2015. I had bought tires there, and the fact that they were offering free road hazard warranty and free lifetime tire rotations helped me decide to buy my tires here. Now (February 6th). I was told that they are not going to honor the free tire rotations any more. Something about a " change in ownership." That is not right. Making a promise in order to get a tire sale, and then reneging on their promise. I now have no reason to ever go here again FOR ANY REASON. Ask it takes is one small choice, and all future relations are severed. I can no longer believe anything that they say, since obviously they will say anything to get your business. read more

There has always been a stigma about car dealerships and taking advantage of people, and while that might be the case else where it surely is not here. My salesman Noah was honest and knowledgeable and talked to me like a human and not a target. When it came to paperwork Jimmy educated me and empowered me to make the best decision for myself vs. what would make the dealership more money. It was truly a unique experience and I will be back for future vehicles. read more

The place is astonishing. They once 'change oil' on my wife's vehicle, under the Toyota Pre-paid Maintenance Program. We had suspected that they had been 'shorting' us on the work based on suspicions over our Mazda. Sure enough, our Toyota was moved, but never touched. 45 minutes of watching our Toyota through a window, and then handed the keys with a lie that the service was done. Toyota: Yes! We put money down on a car Fri June 19th, we were set to pick it up by Wed the 24th for a vacation trip starting that following Friday. At that time we were to pick it up, we were informed that the title was not available. Its now June 30th, and still no title!......While they sit with our down payment. Communication has been awful. If we'd have know, we would have looked elsewhere. How can this dealer list a car for sale if the documents and paperwork are not in hand and in order? read more

Nothing but problems with this dealership. Bought a 2015 Camry and when my wife and kids got a flat she called the dealership and was told they do not cover that. It say's otherwise in there Roadside Assistance plan. She had to drive to a local shop with the flat still on the rim and pay for a change of tire. Never got reimbursed for that. We even had problems scheduling oil changes. Service department had us on hold for half and hour just to schedule an oil change. Returned the car one month early from the lease with less than 15,000 miles and even paid the last month unused and still got a bill for $219.17. The reason given for the bill was simply because we did not lease another Toyota. I don't blame the dealership for that because it is Toyota policy, however nobody at International Toyota told us of this fee while we were signing the paperwork. Our Sales person (Bill Grunert) and who ever was their finance agent at the time never said a word about that fee . Contacted International about this fee and was told they would send an email to Toyota to address this,... Two weeks later and no email was ever received by Toyota . I just paid the fee but I will never buy another vehicle from International Toyota again. I got poor service from Toyota as well so I will never buy another Toyota at all. If you like Toyota's do yourself a favor and buy one from another dealer. The sales Mgr. Tony Dollinger is arrogant, so don't expect to get any help on that end if you do have problems. read more

I responded to a Toyota Prerunner listing on the internet. I took a leap of faith with a one way bus ride from Minneapolis to the dealership. Everything worked out perfectly. Keep in mind I was buying a used vehicle for less than $12,000 but they still arranged to have me picked up at the bus station. Reggie my salesman left the hospital where his wife had just had a baby boy the night before so he could be there to shake my hand and meet me personally. Josh in the business office went beyond the call of duty as well. How many car dealerships did I pass up on my trip from Minneapolis MN to Sheboygan WI? A lot of them for sure and I am convinced none would have supplied a better buying experience than I received and I would do it again in a heart beat! read more
