He was also the owner and managed the entire flip of the house. The house was recently remodeled and that was one of the main reasons we chose to go with it, but found out very quickly that he and the construction crew cut many corners and left areas of the house unfinished or in unacceptable condition. As an example, we have had to pay over $4K within months of moving to clean out the attic, which was left in an unacceptable condition. Not only that but the broker on record, David Lodin, was notified of the issue and did nothing. If you can avoid using them at all costs, please do - not worth it. They are not trustworthy or a reliable group of people especially as you're making a huge investment in a home.
