The dude gave me creepy vibes and was keeping an eye on me all the time as he walked me around. It seemed like Natalie thought I might be there to steal as I walked into the open house myself. How racially motivated and prejudiced of her! Note that this was NOT an expensive multi million dollar home; this was a townhouse and had very few inexpensive items lying around. It was extremely rude and condescending of her to not let me walk around the townhouse by myself while I noticed that other visitors were able to walk around.

Any billing dispute should be addressed through proper invoicing and collections processes. It is not appropriate or lawful to withhold Association property as leverage for payment. We are formally requesting that all records, digital access, and physical property belonging to Livermore Northwood be transferred to xxxxx Management no later than end of business, April 2, 2025.
