This person had total disregard and obviously just wanted them to leave. My husband did help them and they were so thankful and kind and said to him, God bless you. Let me tell you this is what is so wrong in our world. People like this working in a customer service position and treating people that are of a different race and don't speak good english don't have a chance. My husband said they looked so hurt and defeated. He would not walk into this O'Reilly Auto Part store ever. The owner needs to train his employees to treat customers with dignity and respect.
