I ordered the parts and a battery online for pickup in store. They pushed my order to say it was completed but I received a call explaining despite it saying completed they were waiting for 2 of the pieces to be delivered from another store and that they would call me again when it arrives. I appreciate them doing that. Once all the parts were there I went to pick them up, it was an easy and quick process. The next day when i went to return the old battery to be recycled we need a bolt we lost and asked for help and the guy working the counter flat out said he could not help/assist us and sat down. That was a bit disappointing but we found what we needed. I'd for sure adventure out to other auto part stores as I've always been helped or given some kind of assistance when I ask. Not the worst experience but could have been better.

Sergio was awesome with helping me return the brake pads I got, and made sure I knew the proper course of action to continue. Both are absolute class acts, 6/5 actually but 5/5 because that's as high as it lets me go. Whatever y'all are paying them, it ain't enough haha

Anyhow I needed to get some new wipers for my car as my current wipers were not working as good as they used to. I also needed to get some cleaning supplies to clean the interior of my car. In the past I have usually picked up these supplies at any number of big box stores. Then I thought to myself, there is an O'Reilly close to my office, I should check them out. I stopped in one morning and was greeted as I walked in and asked if I needed any help. I explained that I was looking for some wipers and some cleaning supplies. The gentleman walked out to help me and asked if the wipers were for my Toyota. While I was surprised, I was equally impressed that he recognized the type of car I had when I pulled up. I usually like to get Rain-x wipers. They are more expensive but work much better. The good news is I noticed they had a sale going on for $8.00 off a set of wipers. The bad news is they were out of a number of sizes including the size I needed. Without hesitation this gentleman offered me a different set that he explained were as good if not better than the Rain-x. While I thought for a quick moment he proceeded to tell me he would match the sale price for these other wipers. Sold! That's a great deal! He then showed me their cleaning supplies and what he recommended. This was about as good of an experience as you can have. From my receipt the gentleman that helped me is named Mike. I'll definitely be back to O'Reilly whenever I need anything for my car.

As one might expect, they would not give me the part. After returning home I did find the receipt proving I had paid. When I returned they had discovered, somehow, that payment had been made. I am very curious what happened between my showing up without the receipt and their showing NO payment, and my returning with the receipt and their SHOWING payment. The customer service specialist (don't know exact title), Eric, was extremely kind and helpful and makes ordering/ finding parts a breeze! There were certain issues I ran into on a couple projects and just talking it through with him was extremely helpful - this guy knows his stuff! He has grade A mechanic's knowledge and was able to identify the problem and solutions I overlooked! All in all very professional service and a plethora of options for any auto project. Thanks y'all!
