Hubby had some troubles getting the battery swapped. I'm not very savvy about cars, so I can't tell you exactly what the trouble was. Something about the battery having been drained and the electrical system not allowing us to do ...whatever was needed. So Hubby went back into the store to see if the clerk had any ideas. Not content to simply stand behind the counter and offer suggestions, the clerk came out to our car and spent several minutes trying different things with Hubby. Ultimately, the solution involved some sort of safety switch hidden someplace no sane person would normally think of looking. While the clerk located and pushed the safety thingie, Hubby was able to get the car started. It seemed easy, but only if you know about the super-secret button. The clerk was very kind, very generous with his time, and very patient. Automotive stores all seem to be pretty much the same, really. But employees who care and are knowledgeable and patient are what makes this one stand out.

No one else was in the store and there were 2 people she could see working there. They told her "WE COULD NOT DO AN INSTALL at this time". She needed the battery to ensure she has transportation to the hospital when the time comes. Needless to say the two working in the store COULDN'T HAVE CARED LESS! Update your website if you can't do battery changes. WE WON'T BE BACK.

While in the store I could hear the "F" bomb being dropped numerous times during their story time. So disrespectful and classless. What was even worse, while at the counter, 2 of the young counter guys continued to drop "F" bombs while ringing me up, they acted like I wasn't even present. The older staff member was standing in the doorway smoking a cigarette with the door open looking like he wanted to be anywhere but there. Customer service and respect have been lost. Plenty of auto parts stores, I will never spend another dime in an Autozone.

I encountered the worst treatment I've ever encountered at any retail establishment in my life at…read morethis location. I went in to buy a couple parts, and kid behind the counter was in a foul mood. He went to look up the first part and claimed he couldn't find it and said it was probably special order, so I then gave him the part number and lo and behold they had it. The kid then went to go find the part only for it to be in the wrong spot apparently. He snapped at me because I corrected him on the name of the part. After that whole ordeal the second part I had him look up he claimed they didn't have either. He showed me the screen only for me to point out that he incorrectly filtered the category to connector when I was looking for a sensor. He visibly became even angrier. It's not my fault you don't know how to use your computer, a trained dolphin could do a better job. I then asked about the return policy and he angrily told me that if it has any kind of dirt, oil or damage I won't be able to return the parts, and don't go setting them on fire. I honestly should have walked out and not bought anything and went to one of the 2 auto parts stores next door.

They constantly make suggestions that I'm wrong about my car. I'm not wrong, I do research. My first experience they kept telling me I didn't need a tool, which was absolutely vital to the work on my car. They kept saying "Oh no, you don't need that, trust me," after going back and forth for a good 5 minutes I had to show them a picture I took before they would believe me. So glad I took it too! A year later, that part I purchased needs to be replaced under manufacture warranty. I knew this because of the way my car was driving and when I had it with my mechanic, they confirmed that it needed to be replaced. Knowing that it's still under warranty, they told me I should go to the place I got them from and get new ones. Surprise surprise, they question me about if it reallllly needs to be replaced. I'm not sure if I can use curse words to explain these guys, but they're so frustrating to work with. Very disrespectful. I would suggest that no woman shop at this store. Next time I'll try Auto Zone next door.

Not only did they help me out with the old parts, but they made sure I was signed up for a lifetime warranty on the new parts and wouldn't have any trouble in case anything happened. My Brother-in-Law swears by this place. I have been here several times and the service is top…read morenotch. I took him here today because he thought my sister's alternator was bad. Had it tested twice and it passed. They then tested her battery, it was bad. Even though they had ordered an alternator for him (which arrived in 20 minutes) he finds out he just needed a new battery instead. Great service! Make sure you know how to get to this strip mall before you come. You have to turn off Maple to the west of this mall to get there.

No one greeted me, i didn't even see any employees around in the store. The prices were higher than my liking so I decided to leave. When I got into my car, there was an employee that was standing directly in front of the door of O'reilly staring at me. He literally had the meanest look and just watched me the whole time leaving the parking lot. It made me feel really uncomfortable and confused because where were you in the store and why are you trying to seem like you're guarding the place. It was a very odd situation and I felt like he thought he was doing something by watching me from inside the store. Like what was your purpose?

Watch out for the manager Bob. He thinks he owns the place and makes his own rules on return…read morepolicies. We went in there to see if they had a part we needed, we asked if we could try it and then if it doesn't work simply return it. (We've done this numerous times with AutoZone as they are notorious for selling the wrong part.) He told us no, that we cannot return the part once purchased. I called up there to ask what their return policy is, and he could not give a clear answer. I asked if this is his policy or corporate policy and he would not answer my question. Finally, he agreed to letting us come back and purchasing the part and then return if it doesn't work. We won't be returning because for all we know he could change his mind again and not let us return. He probably shouldn't be managing a team if this is how he treats customers.

They did bring the product up, but when I asked if they had the can with the gauges on it, the employee got an attitude and said, "Normally if you wanted the can with the gauges, you would've told me that before I went back." At that point, I told the employee never mind--I'll take my business elsewhere. I don't need or expect to be treated that way as a customer.
