Had a dying battery and the local advance auto parts could only do so much. I called up interstate and the associate was able to confirm stock and hold the battery for me as I drove over. After arriving, they were able to properly test the battery and confirm that I did indeed have a bad cell and it was time for replacing. Total visit time was 15 minutes. They were very helpful. I have had some issues with my car battery. Yesterday I went to the gas station and I couldn't turn my car on at first. After a few minutes it started up no problem. However, my fear was what if it happens again. So I stopped at interstate where they did a battery check and determined that my battery has low voltage but I won't end up stranded. I pulled into interstate battery and my new battery had totally discharged. Michael helped identify that one of my belts leading to the alternator had broken and was causing the battery to discharge. This guy offered to install my belt for me once i got it from the autoparts store. I came back a few hours later and sure enough, he did just that. Although one would think an error in installation of a battery is NOT good, this can happen and does happen. How a company handles this is another story. I had a battery replaced yesterday and afterwards, half of my electronics wouldn't work AND my car's computer was giving off all kinds of service errors. The technician checked the connections and all appeared ok. They recommended I see my dealer as they thought there may truly be an issue. When I did this, it was determined that one auxiliary connection was not reconnected and when we started the car, it created a domino effect. The dealer did a full diagnostic and then reset all of the indicators. Everything was fine. Bottom line, I told the manager Kevin about it, provided the backup, and they refunded me for the amount I paid for the service check. They made it right IMMEDIATELY. I have been there before and always have had a great experience. So glad they stepped up and made this right! read more

He said it's more money but it has a 4 year free replacement warranty. The warranty is better than the Odyssey battery I had, same kind of battery but the Odyssey was TWICE THE PRICE AND LESS WARRANTY. They have a jumper battery kit that.
