I jumped it and headed to AutoZone on Dolson Ave on the advice of a relative. I was admittedly a little skeptical they'd do more than sell me a new battery (and that I'd have to wait for a weekday to find someone to install it) but I was worrying needlessly :). A female associate whose name I regrettably didn't catch went above and beyond in both selling me the battery and installing it, right there and then. It was the easiest experience and I'm so grateful something I expected to turn into a headache ended up being barely a blip on my radar of things to get done that day. I've previously visited this store to purchase items for my car, as well, and it's always neat, clean, and the associates are always polite and helpful. This shouldn't have taken a long time, so I planned for about an hour of my time. This ended up taking nearly 3 hours of my time. The price wasn't too bad for everything we got done, but the time could've been better. There was an understanding that they were short staffed, however when an appointment is made, there shouldn't be such a delay for simple services. The workers were extremely nice, however, and I would recommend them, just carve out a chunk of your day if you're going to wait. They also do not have a bathroom in the shop, so be aware of that too :)
