I went back to the store a couple of days later, that's I had to deal with the so called manager, he was intentionally giving me a hard time, all of my information was in the system, he knew what card I used to pay for the item, which was overpriced by the way, he asked if I had the receipt, I wasn't given a paper receipt, it was emailed to me, I couldn't find it, I literally had to go into my bank account to show him the withdrawal from my account he finally told me to put the card I used into the card reader, of course it was accepted and I was finally refunded. Because of the quality of their product, I went to Interstate All Battery Center of Peekskill for a test and probable replacement. What I didn't expect was the superior customer service I experienced. They tested my battery, thought it was simply deeply discharged, charged the battery, retested it and called in a timely manner. When I went to pick the battery up, I pulled out my wallet. The rep smiled and said, "No charge." Even if I wasn't already a fan of Interstate car and truck batteries, this experience is enough to make me a customer for life. Well done. With barely any shoulder and massive…read moresemis blowing by us like bolt/ of jagged lightening, my superhero husband got down on the ground, banged some metal rods back into place and changed the tire while his wife prayed and his three kids slept. The next morning, the chipper superhero (we will call him Trailblazer) optimistically announced to the family that he had found some fellow superheroes of the tire world at Tire Discount Center. He headed out while the fam cuddled in for some Scooby Do cartoons, and was back within 30 min. The team dropped everything they were doing, lifted the camper while attached to the car, and had those tires replaced in a matter of minutes (Trailblazer approximates 12 minutes). What a great team! It was like a NASCAR pit crew in there! Trailblazer met his match, and thankfully they were fighting for the same team. Bring your torn up tires to Tire Discount Center!

Got a call after 2p saying the quote is over double and no work had been done. They didn't start any work until after 4p. Should've called the customer as soon as you knew the cost and time were going to be outside the quote. We denied the updated cost and said just do the oil. And then they put the WRONG oil in my car. Also hire a front desk lady who doesn't mind talking to customers cause the one you got is garbage. Do yourself a favor, go anywhere else and let this place close up.
