They were not only excited to help, they asked me question to try to troubleshoot it over the phone. Since my issue was not common they asked me to bring it in. When I did they had a line out the door, a sign of good business. I waited only a minute or two before they helped me and got a very experienced service tech and installer to help. Within 15 min they found the problem and it was covered under the warranty :) I am super happy I went to 5 star. Businesses like this are rare and gem when you find them.
