Interstate Guns is the place to find high end firearms, optics, and friendly customer service. Trigger warning! This review mentions guns in general, AR-15 style firearms, friendly service, a general love of America, and other badass stuff. If this offends you, I can't do nothing for you man. I recently decided that I wanted to buy a high end AR-15 style rifle. I already had a few Bushmaster ARs and they worked great, but I wanted something different. I did a lot of research on brands and finally decided on a JP Industries rifle which, according to the manufacturer, had a 6-12 week wait time for new guns. I was about to pull the trigger on an order when I checked out gun broker and found exactly what I wanted. Luckily for me it was in stock and nearby. I called the folks at Interstate and they were super helpful. I was able to pay over the phone and they put the rifle on the side for when I came in. It took me about a week to make it to the store. The staff are as helpful in person as they were on the phone. I added a few things to my gun that needed to be installed. Other stores I've been to would groan when you asked them to put stuff on, but not there. It took probably thirty minutes to get everything set up the way I wanted and they were awesome throughout the entire experience. I cant see myself using any other gun store after their awesome customer service. I strongly recommend Interstate Guns for all your high end weapon, optics, or pistol purchases. read more

Ordered and received 4 boxes of Hornady Precision Hunter Rifle Ammo in 25-06. Order went smoothly and received in a timely mannner. Unfortunately all ammo was very tarnished? Contacted Hornady, Preston Lentfer, and they were very responsive. They assured me, and I feel confident, that the ammo did not leave the factory tarnished. Also, Preston was viewing provided photos. Wish I could recommend, but what I received from Interstate was not the firearm that was advertised, the ad was for an older model, what I did receive was missing parts and the response to my complaint was welcome, but weak. Basically, I feel ripped off for about $200 of product value that was advertised and pictured - but not present in the delivered merchandise. Lesson learned, never buy anything worth more than $500 unless you can touch it and look in the salespersons eyes first. read more

It takes a lot for me to take the time to leave a review for something I've purchased, so take what I'm about to say to the bank. These guys are incredible! I purchased a spotting scope cover on line for a spotting scope that was discontinued. Rather than tell me to take a hike, Trey contacted the manufacturer and stayed with it until I received my cover. He kept in touch through the whole process and I couldn't be more pleased. Customer service like this is so valuable and I don't take it for granted. These guys are the real deal, so give them a chance. By the way, they beat the price of the scope cover by everyone...even the leading on line bidding outfit. And those that showed it in stock...not so.
